Notes for Item Nos. 1.00 to 7.00 :- (a) Cost of spare parts other than mentioned in Item Nos 9.00 to 18.00 but are necessary for the satisfactory functioning of the lift shall also be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for these items. (b) Labour charges for dismantling unserviceable parts and fixing of new spare items/ parts shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the items.
