REPAIR/ OVERHAULING OF B AND A CRANE IN SHIP

Hydraulic Pumps .Remove all four hydraulic pumps, dismantle and renew all damage components with OEM spares, assemble and test the pump.

Solenoid Valves .Repair / renew all solenoid valves in the hydraulic circuit.

HP Motors .Overhaul the 02 in nos. 150 HP Motors.

Hydraulic Pipe Lines .Remove all hydraulic pipe, chemical cleaning and pressure testing, and undertaken required modification, as required, fitment onboard and prove the system leak free.

Hydro Motors.Remove, dismantle, inspect all four hydraulic motors, gauge the components, renew all worn out parts and consumables and prove the hydraulic motor.

Heat Exchanger.Remove and carryout the chemical cleaning and pressure testing of 02 in nos. air cooled heat exchanger.

Gear Boxes.Remove all four gear box, dismantle, gauge the components, renew the worn out and damaged parts, bearings and consumable and prove the gear box.

Crane .Crane operating linkage systems to be modified and proved as required.

Control Panel.Complete control circuit including starting panel to be refurbished and proved as required.

Hydraulic System.Undertake the complete hydraulic system to NAS6 standard and integrate the hydraulic system.

Trials .Undertake the functional trials of the B & A Crane and prove the crane as per SOP of the OEM manual.

Load Testing .Carryout the load testing of the crane as per the OEM manual.

Documentation.Submit the comprehensive report on completion of the trials. With all relevant details including spares used, repairs undertaken, test and trials.
