[email protected]/- per month for day to day supervision works as well as coordination with department and to attend office to take programme of day’s work and to submit all report at office after completion of days work as per advice of E.I.C. Necessary materials required for execution shall be supplied by the agency at actual with a FIXED EXPENDITURE LIMIT of Rs. 1,00,000.00 only for two(02) years period. Supply of necessary materials as required for execution at actual cost basis. The materials shall be supplied as per requirement of department as and when required basis. Supply of materials have to be completed within 07 days from the date of instruction and payment to be made at actual after supply of materials and submission of proper bills, Challan etc duly signed by agency. [Bidders need not to quote against this item cell i.e item sl.no.7, the amount Rs.1,00,000/- will be added in the total amount 'at par']
