Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation (1:4:8) Type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation and filling mass filling.

M & L for RCC (Design mix) M-30 (20mm graded aggregates) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete footings.

M & L for RCC (Design mix) M-30 (20mm graded aggregates) for Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts

M & L for MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over out to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending including necessary welding as required & binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with the clips all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Ditto all as per above item but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders

M & L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter flat rough finished surfaces of concrete surfaces.

M & L for Formwork to sides of columns square triangular or rectangular in section rough finish surface of concrete flat complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F of hollow steel sections for tubular frame work and trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 4923 - 1997 grade Yst 240 (Hot Formed Sections for structural use) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) Diameter of neck in 20 to 25 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, 22.5cm and n exc 30cm long all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment having quality of Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws all as specified .

M & L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Modular bricks in cement mortar 1:6 including curing,racking of joints etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for PCC Type B0 1:2:4 Nominal Mix (12.5mm graded aggregates in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

M & L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate), 75mm thick. as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement including expansion joints complete all as specified.

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on brick work/ RCC wall and finish the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 15 cm deep & getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for hard core gauge n.exc 63mm broken stone deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces.

M & L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) 100mm thick as in sub base including Use and waste of form work/screed strips and to divide complete all as specified.

M & L for mixed cement concrete delivered on bunker Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate),100mm thick. and finished cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ at 100mm thickness of concrete slab as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers nexc 25cm with soil into excavated trenches

Removing the excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres away depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metres above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
