14.1.A.1:Furnishing and Placing Reinforced Cement Concrete Grade M20 Using Concrete Mixer in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification

OD59804/2025-2026:Encasing the deteriorated surface concrete with micro concrete so as to get a uniform size. Applying epoxy bonding agent on the existing concrete surface so as to get a well bonding with the new surface. The rate shall include the cost of material, labour charges,hire charges of generator . All complete as per manufactures specification and as per the instruction of engineer in charge.

12.40:Supply, Fitting and Placing un- coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications

OD60219/2025-2026:Providing expansion joint of the bridge after cleaning the gap properly with wire brush and coir brush,fitting aluminium strips on the joints at 15 cm interval for holding the backer rod ,putting backer rods ( dura rods or similar make) as per required width of joint (25 % greter than of the expansion joint width) pressed and tightened it properly ,putting poly ethyelene expanson joint filler board on the backer rods,filling the joints with polysulphide sealent for a depth not less than half the width of expansion joint and pouring dry sand while drying the polysulphide sealant for doing the further bituminous tarring etc complete..

5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

55.26a:Providing and applying elastic, elastomeric membrane forming system with anticarbonation and breathing properties. The system should be based on solvent free acrylic polymers with selected mineral fillers and should be ultra-violet resistant, crack bridging type, carbonation resistant, breathable, enviornment friendly, water proofing coating. For anticarbonation, equivalent air layer thickness denoted as R or SD CO2 grater than 50 m and for breathability equivalent air layer thickness denoted as SD H2O shall be less than 4 m for vapour transmitting barrier. The system consists of one coat primer @ 75- 100 g/m2. The consumption of main polymer coating to give film thickness of 200-225 microns (Solid contents- 70%+ -3%) should be approximately. 400-450 g/m2 per two coats depending upon the method of application (either by roller or brush) and surface smoothness of the concrete. The total dry film thickness of the coating system should be minimum 200 microns for the above system. Polymer coating should be in suitable approved shades, including cost of materials, cleaning, chipping and removing the dirt particles of the concrete slab with wire brush and water,labour charges for filling the bug holes, cracks, joints etc with one component polymer modified fine repair and cosmetic mortar, labour for applying the above coating, scaffolding charges,etc. complete as per IRC SP:80 Clause 6.5.1 and Clause 2808 in the Specifications Book for Roads & Bridges published by the Ministry during April 2013.

OD66400/2025-2026:Encasing the deteriorated piles in underwater with Renderoc UW so as to get a uniform size . Applying epoxy bonding agent on the existing concrete surface so as to get well bonding with new surface.Chipping and removing old spalling/defective concrete and exposing the defective/corroded reinforcement of the ceiling , join the additional bar wherever1/3 diameter of the bar is corroded. Removal of the defective concrete across the bar should be at least 2mm beyond the defective bar so that the reinforcing bar can be cleaned with emery ribbon, wire brush etc. After cleaning the bar wash the bar with clean water and collectall spalled/fallen concrete. Measurement is calculated for whole calculated whole exposed area. Including cost of materials, labour charges, conveyance of materials to site hire charges of tools and form work for pile etc complete.All complete as per manufactures specification and as per the instruction of engineer in charge.

8.5:Providing and fixing of direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign with 7 years warranty manufactured as per IRC :67 made of Type IV micro prismatic grade sheeting fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick/ aluminium composit material sheeting 4 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm, with suitable back supporting frame of MS angle 40x40x6 and supported on GI pipe pole 50mm NB confirming to IS 1239 firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete min size 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level including painting all exposed surface with 2 coats of epoxy painting over epoxy primer and as per approved drawing and clause 801 including lettering symbols etc.
