Supply, fabrication and erection of hand railings in balconys, staircases, terrace parapet walls etc ., where ever damaged and necessary with GI round/ square pipes (hollow bars) GI pipe medium grade as per IS 1239 part1:1990 & IS4736:1986, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials like GI pipes of required sizes, all labour charges for fabrication, erection charges at all heights and painting with two coats of epoxy Paint over a single coat of epoxy Primer etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Painting work shall be as per APSS 1207 and APSS 1212. ‘Welding shall conform to IS 816: 1969

SPECILISED LIQUIED CONCENTRATED MICRONIZED CEMENT PLASTERING TO THE DAMAGED CEILING: (a)Removing the damaged position in the celling and cleaning of the exposed reinforcement, surface from dirt dust and other contaminations (b) Application of one coat of bonding agent-Fosroc Nitobond SBR Mortar and Screed Modifier cum Bonding Agent mixing with cement as per manufacturers specifications.(c) Mix design :Approximately Nitobond SBR:water:Cement :: 1:1:3 6 to 9 lit per bag of 50kg cement at an average thickness of 30mm with neat finish. etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. epoxy resin based bonding agent for concrete confirming to ASTM C881 Type II, Grade2, Class B&C’ for structural bonding between old and new concrete/ mortar

Attending repairs to cracks on walls by making grooves in the crack portion by applying Contech – 2000 bio Product crack fill chemical with white cement over cracks, the rate includes cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, all leads & lifts, T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Polymer sealing/ crack filling compound- Sealing compound shall meet the requirements of a polymer modified cementitious product confirming to IS 17545:2021 ASTM C1438-13 Type II- for polymer modified cementitious crack seal product

Painting to the external walls with one coat of primer using cement paint of approved brand and shade and Two coat of emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, the rate includes conveyance of all materials to work site, Scaffolding Charges, ladder and Julla arrangements, Safety and security arrangements like providing Insurance to the labour etc., by the contractor, all operational, incidental charges, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Painting walls with cement primer shall be as per APSS 1207.IS 15489:2013. IS 109: 2017’ for cement Primer as per APSS 1216’ for painting work - exterior emulsion

Painting to the external walls with One coat of emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, the rate includes conveyance of all materials to work site, Scaffolding Charges, ladder and Julla arrangements, Safety and security arrangements like providing Insurance to the labour etc., by the contractor, all operational, incidental charges, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Painting walls with cement primer shall be as per conforming to IS 15489:2013.TYpe-2 for emulsion paint. ‘as per APSS 1216’ for painting work - exterior emulsion

Painting to the Celling with one coat of primer using cement paint of approved brand of shade and one coat of ready mixed acrylic based washable distemper of approved brand of shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, the rate includes conveyance of all materials to work site, ladder, Safety and security arrangements like providing Insurance to the labour etc., by the contractor, all operational, incidental charges, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Painting walls with cement primer shall be as per IS 109:2017 for cement primer.APSS1207 for painting primer ,IS 428:2013 Type-1 for distemper As per APSS 911 for distemper work.

Painting to old Iron works like Hand Rails, door frames etc., with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality in Two coat's over one coat of red oxide, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, brushes, all labour charges, all leads & lifts, etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Painting on iron works with synthetic enamel paint shall be as per conforming to IS 2074 for zinc chrome red oxide primer paint. As per APSS 1207 for primer paint work,Conforming to IS 2932:2013 for synthetic enamel paint. APSS 1212 for Synthetic enamel painting work.
