Operation of Drone Surveillance and Management Project of Vijayawada Municipal Corporation for a period of 6 Months under the supervision of 2Nos. of skilled Drone Pilots with following deliverables as per the directions of VMC Authorities. a. Operational Deliverables: Daily Drone Flight Plans and Mission Objectives Route Mapping and Area Coverage Plans (GIS Integration) Real-Time Surveillance Feed and Data Management Flight Logs and Operational Reports (per mission and cumulatively) Maintenance and Incident Reporting Logs Incident and Safety Reports (in case of accidents or malfunctions) b. Data Collection & Analysis: High-Resolution Aerial Images and Videos Geotagged Photos and Location Data Files Data Processing and Analysis Reports Object Recognition and Classification Logs (e.g., for waste management) Heat maps and GIS Mapping of Key Areas (e.g., waste dumping hotspots)

c. Surveillance Reports & Insights: Weekly and Monthly Surveillance Reports Compliance and Violation Reports (illegal construction, encroachments etc.) Sanitation and Waste Management Reports (including unauthorized waste dumping sites) Traffic and Road Monitoring Reports Environmental Monitoring Reports (air quality, water quality, pollution sources) Infrastructure Condition Reports (e.g., on drainage systems, roads, public buildings) d. Communication & Coordination: Training Sessions and Workshops Documentation (to train municipal staff on using drone data) Stakeholder and Departmental Coordination Plan Real-Time Alert System Setup (for quick action on critical findings) Incident and Escalation Response Protocols Public Awareness and Community Engagement Reports (addressing concerns about privacy etc.)

e. Data Management & Security: Data Storage and Archival Systems (secure storage with data backup) Data Access Protocols (including user permissions and access logs) Privacy and Confidentiality Documentation Cybersecurity Protocols (to protect data from breaches or misuse) Data Integration Plan with Existing Municipal Systems f. Production: Video Documentaries or Case Studies on Project Outcomes - Video Production and editing for the videos when needed. g. Drone Maintenance (for up to 4 drones) Free servicing for each drone every 3 months. Software updates and workmanship will be provided free during this period. Service and labor charges for repairs due to accidental damage will be waived, With services provided at no additional cost. The cost of any replacement parts will be charged at current market prices.
