Dismantling of stainless steel railing of height 1.00 m complete.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, etc completed all as specified.

M & L for Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 of 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes, etc completed all as specified.

M & L for light shade , Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, etc completed all as specified.

M&L for 12 mm thick Toughned glass as in aluminium glazing and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required., etc all as specified and as directed.

S & F solar control film 50 micron reflective type.

M&L for ICG logo of size 1.5m X 1.5 m in-built in 12 mm thick toughned glass as in aluminium glazing and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required, etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated Anodised aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:5:8 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete

M&L for rendering 15mm (10mm+5mm) thick in cm 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including mixing only integral water proofing compound in 5 mm coat Note : a) Integral water proofing compond will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound.

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic Emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces.

M&L for 3mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall care putty of walls and applying two coats of oil bond distemper over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint on plastered surrface complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1, (20 mm aggregate) in cills complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
