10 Permission NH along - Obtaining permission for laying Gas pipeline along with OFC

cable from apropriate NH authority (NHAI/NH PWD) for laying along the RoU of

National highway within 3 months of intimation given by BPCL to bidder for applying

At each crossing location, application for combined permission needs to be applied for

pipeline (with carrier pipe) and OFC with duct. For measurement purpose, payment

against this line item will be paid on per km length of highway for which approval has KM 70 Quoted/Unquoted

Note: This permission should also include permission for any roads which are

connecting to or terminating at highway and are within the RoU of the highway, even if

the permission for these roads is required to be obtained from seperate authority,

bidder will obtain permission from same without any additional cost.

20 Permission NH Crossings - Obtaining permission for laying gas pipeline along with

OFC cable from appropriate NH authority for crossings at desired location within

months of intimation given by BPCL to bidder for applying of NOC. At each crossing

location, application for combined permissions needs to be applied for pipeline (with

NO. 3 Quoted/Unquoted

carrier pipe) and OFC (with duct). For measurement purpose, at each crossing location

permission so obtained for pipeline and OFC will be treated as one (single). Quantity

will be treated as one (1), even if seperate applications are applied for pipeline and

OFC at crossing location.

30 Permission - Reserved Forest

Obtaining permission for laying Gas pipeline along with OFC cable from Forest

Department for Protected/Reserved Forest within 5 months of intimation given by

BPCL to bidder for applying for NOC.For measurement purpose, permission letter so NO. 1 Quoted/Unquoted

obtained for the particular area for pipeline and OFC will be treated as one (single).

Quantity will be treated as one (1), even if separate applications are applied for

Pipeline and OFC.1. All range area will be considered as one.

40 Permission - Protected Forest

Obtaining permission for laying Gas pipeline along with OFC cable from Forest

Department for Protected/Reserved Forest within 3 months of intimation given by

BPCL to bidder for applying for NOC.For measurement purpose, permission letter so NO. 3 Quoted/Unquoted

obtained for the particular area for pipeline and OFC will be treated as one (single).

Quantity will be treated as one (1), even if separate applications are applied for

Pipeline and OFC.1. All range area will be considered as one.

NHAI Access Permission

Obtaining Acess Permission from NHAI/NH PWD for setting up of Fuel Station (CNG

Station) within 3 Months including Conducting site survey upto distance of 1.5km on

both the sides of plot including photography and videography of plot, Preparation of

proposal for online submission to NHAI and online submission of proposal including

preparation of 5 nos. files- 3 original + 2 photocopies, Liasoning with PIU/Executive NO. 2 Quoted/Unquoted

engineer/SE/Chief Engineer office including NH consultant, arranging site visits along

with NH officials, submission of replies to the queries including submission of any

supporting document/drawing and forwarding the clearnace to RO office & Liasoning

with RO office NHAI, arranging site visits along with NH officials, submission of replies

to the queries including submission of any supporting document/drawing and getting

60 DM NOC for setting up of CNG/CGS/PRS Station

Obtaining DM NOC from District Magistrate for setting up of CNG/CGS/PRS Station

within 3 Months including preparation of drawings, proposal, cooridnation woth NO. 3 Quoted/Unquoted

respective departments, arranging site visits along with various departments, replying

to technical queries, submission of replioer to queries & getting Final NOC.

70 Permission- PWD Along

Obtaining permission for laying Gas pipeline along with OFC cable from Appropriate

Authority for particular area/location (as instructed by BPCL) within 1.5 months of

intimation given by BPCL to bidder for applying for NOC.For measurement purpose, NO. 1 Quoted/Unquoted

permission letter so obtained for the particular area for pipeline and OFC will be treated

as one (single). Quantity will be treated as one (1), even if separate applications are

applied for Pipeline and OFC.
