Additionally, the contractor must supply and install a suitable rating of XLPE armored cable, which is essential for the commissioning of the units. The power isolator has to be provided within a radius of 5 meters from the outdoor unit. The contractor is also responsible for the accurate and adequate charging of refrigerant gas, which must be carried as per OEM recommendations. The unit should have a minimum IPLV of 5.76 for 22 HP and 5.33 for 32 HP ( The minimum capacity of the equipment should be as follows). (Approved Make: Daikin/LG/Haier/Mitsubishi)
Supply, installation , testing , and commissioning of Central Remote Controller System with a 10-inch touch screen. This system will be responsible for controlling the VRV/VRF System directly, without the integration of a third-party Building Management System (BMS). This should include the provision of high-quality communication cables and necessary equipment designed to ensure efficient and loss-free data transmission. The proposed location for the installation of the screen is Module I (electrical room), as indicated in the provided layout plan. The system should be capable of facilitating online service functionalities. This includes remote monitoring, adjustment capabilities, and diagnostic features to ensure efficient and proactive management of the VRV/VRF system. The contractor must ensure that the Central Remote Controller System is fully compatible with the VRV/VRF units and adheres to all the specifications and standards set by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The contractor is also responsible for providing comprehensive training to the relevant personnel on the operation and maintenance of the Central Remote Controller System. All necessary training and documentation, including detailed manuals and troubleshooting guides, should be provided as part of the commissioning process. The quote must include all aspects of the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the Central Remote Controller System, ensuring that the system is fully operational, user-friendly, available online, and capable of delivering optimal performance in managing the VRV/VRF system.
Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the Tenant Billing Software system, designed to align with the specific billing parameters of Technopark. This process includes the provision of all necessary hardware and software components, along with reliable communication cables, including the Power Consumption Distribution Gateway. The software must be capable of accurately calculating the power consumption of each indoor unit. This calculation will be based on a variety of operational parameters, including the status of the unit, return air temperature, the position of the electronic expansion valve, and baseline values as determined by the manufacturer. It is essential that the billing system reflects the actual energy consumption of the corresponding units, providing a transparent and accurate basis for billing purposes. The system should be equipped to verify whether the actual consumption aligns with the required design conditions, ensuring efficiency and adherence to predetermined energy usage standards. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that the system is fully operational and meets the satisfaction of Technopark. The scope of work should include all aspects of system setup, including comprehensive testing and commissioning to confirm that the software accurately tracks and reports energy usage as per Technopark's billing requirements. The quote must include all aspects of the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning process, ensuring a turnkey solution for the Tenant Billing Software system. Adequate training and documentation for the operation and maintenance of the system are also to be provided by the contractor.
Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a four-way cassette-type VRV/VRF indoor unit. Each unit must be equipped with a cordless remote control and a decorative panel that meets the aesthetic requirements of the installation site. The contractor must ensure that the units are of the specified capacities and are complete with high-quality filters, a coil section featuring a refrigerant cooling coil, and a fan section. Additionally, an adequately sized insulated drain pan must be included to ensure efficient condensate drainage without leakage. The contractor is responsible for providing the power supply for each indoor unit. This power supply should be located at the nearest possible location as per the direction of engineer-in-charge, within a 3-meter radius of the unit, to facilitate optimal operation and ease of maintenance. The installation and commissioning of these units should strictly comply with the specifications and guidelines provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). This adherence is essential to avoid any operational failures or technical mishaps. The contractor must also ensure that the system operates efficiently, effectively, and safely with proper support structure. The quote must encompass all aspects of the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning process, including the provision of power supply for indoor units. (Make:Daikin/LG/Haier/Mitsubishi)
