FORMATION WORKS

PERMANENT WORKS

Design and Construction of Museum Hall size 160 ft x 30 ft using 120 mm thick PPGI sheet sandwich PUF Panels covered by insulated PPGL puf sandwich roof panels of thickness not less than 30 mm thick, with a provision of fire safety equipment including interior design like, false ceiling, floor tiling, concealed electrical fittings using LED lights to illuminate the entire museum hall in and out, CCTV surveillance of hall & entire development of area of the proposed works, provision of approach steps with parking tiles, separation of 3D theatre room of size 30 ft x 14 ft using 120 mm thick PPGI PUF panels with provision of ascending sitting development for passage as well as space for chairs alongwith operator room and approaching steps as required etc, complete in all respect as per approved design and drawings specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.

Hard Wood cladding for interior walls panels of museum hall including 3D theatre room with suitable size as per specification as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.

Model of tunnel size not less than 10 ft x 5 ft depicting aerial view of Atal Tunnel, Rohtang by using FRP/POP materials etc as required and its surroundings duly covered by 12 mm thick toughened glass by its all fittings with mounting on designer table made with teak wood/deodar as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.

Misc Models of size 3 ft x 2 ft for various stages of construction, equipment and works etc by using FRP/POP materials etc as required covered by 8 mm thick toughened glass by its all fittings with mounting on designer table made with teak wood/deodar as per specifications or as approved by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.

Supplying and Plantation Of Ornamental Plants for park area as per requirement of Site including labour complete in all respect as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.2 m width and 1.5 m depth in soil/soil mixed with boulders (SMB), including dressing bottom and sides getting out and disposing all excavated material lead upto 6 m and lift upto 1.5 m. (by manual means) as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.

Providing and laying rubble stones including hand packing and filling interstices in aprons, revetments, pitching to any slope or profile to required thickness (material and labour) as per specifications complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 stone aggregate size 4 cm graded downwards) in foundation or elsewhere (excluding the cost of centering/shuttering) complete in all respect as per specifications of MORT&H (5th revision) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate size 4cm graded downwards) in foundation or elsewhere (excluding the cost of centering/shuttering) as per specification of MORTH(5th revision) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and OC Contract.
