ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR CIVIL AND HORTICULTURE WORKS AT BCPL-DULIAJAN FOR THE YEAR 2020-2021

Services for Cleaning of septic tank,traps,pipes,storm water drains etc. disposal upto any lead plantation, plumbing works and other miscellenous civil works of (Whenever required) as per requirement & directed by EIC).(This item not to be quoted by the bidders) Unskilled manpower

Service for : (This item not to be quoted by the bidders) a. Maintenance of various lawns of entire unit area including all the flower beds by rolling watering, deweeding, mowing, hoeing, cutting & disposal of lawn rubbish out side the area with all tools and tackles. Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly breaking clods after every 10 to 15 days including regular disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts in carts or similar. b. Bed Planting: Planting of flower trees on the flower beds (bed planting, bed size as directed by EIC) of entire unit area including the preparation of the soil, providing organic manure and fertilizer, pesticides as per specification and necessary maintenance for a period of 4 months from the date of planting complete as specified and directed. c. Maintenance of existing trees/shrubs/hedges of entire unit area planted in different location including regular watering, deweeding, earthing up, pruning/shaping with all tools and tackles. d. Maintenance of pathways and pavements of entire unit/plant area by uprooting the grass and disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts . e. Any other job of horticulture nature as instructed by EIC as per BCPL's requirement. (bidder should go through SCC (Part-B)) f. Service of running electric operated grass cutting machine (provided by BCPL) as directed by EIC.(Power will be supplied by BCPL free of cost at nearest point).

Providing services of supervision daily basis for semi skilled supervision of above mentioned works.

Facility Management charges including service charges, Profit etc.on item nos 10,20 & 30 ( % to be quoted by the bidder)

Add applicable PF rate on ( line item 10 ,20 and 30)

Provision for revision of min. wages on item no 10,20 & 30. ( This item not to be quoted by the bidders )

Provision for Bonus, annual leave with wages , Uniform(2 sets), shoes and basic PPE,non statutory payments, ESIC and medical checkup.Payment shall be made as per actual on submission of adequate documents/submission of proof of purchase and distribution as per terms & conditions of contract.. ( This item is not to be quoted by the bidders )

Estimated cost of APWD(2013-2014) scedule of rates for building,roads and sanitation is Rs.12,00,000.00 . Any item covered under the APWD(2013-2014) shall be carried out by the contractor as per rates of APWD(2013-2014), as per requirement and as directed by EIC (Engineer Incharge)
