Dismantling cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete (demolition of concrete and excavation measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables heavy duty 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 95 Sqmm and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 Meter depth in hard/ dense soil for laying of cable/ galvanised iron pipe and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling, in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing suplus soil to a distance outside MD land and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dry clean fine river sand as in sand cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand layer. Complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint (End joint) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pin type, porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for prestressed concrete pole, 11.0 meters long. 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for stay assembly of size 20mm dia complete with accessories as showing in electrical plate No.1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installing of HT 11 KV outdoor type Gang Operated Air Break Switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting with drop out fuse having 12 insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism work from ground level for current rating upto 200 Amps including all fittings and accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for HT 11 KV lightening arrestors expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity of 65 Kilo Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable route indicator shown "HT UG Cables" painted in brown colour and root of cable with aero made of Cast iron in suitable eleiptical shape and fixed in mild steel rod 12mm dia 70 cm long (all word embosed) and embeded in PCC block 1:3:6 of size 30cm x 30cm x 60cm in ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of pole mounted thermoplastic cable junction box for street light with IP-66 protection, halogen free and weather proof with metric knock outs for cable entry for outdoor installation of size 200mm x 160mm x 98mm with front door opening system including terminals for one incoming and two outgoing cables of size 16 sqmm 4 core, one MCB SP 3 to 6Amp 240 V AC with mounting clamp of flat iron, nut, bolt and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete for electrical equipments with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below ground level, connected to earth lead of galvanised iron strip of size 32mm x 6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers made of galvanised iron or steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed. Charcol or coke and salt in alternate layers, necessary excavation and earth work in hard/ dense soil complete all other accessories as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I including 40mm bore light grade galvanised iron pipe 1.8 meter length with top end covered with plug or cap for watering and 30cm x 30cm x 30cm size PCC 1:3:6 block around watering pipe, excluding 20mm dia watering pipe, PCC, watering pit, funnel, pit cover complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type, D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete. Complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Volume of pole/ strut shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type, C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in pedestal/ coping including necessary weathering and form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type, B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for pole coping including form work and finishing to all exposed surfaces by using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced complete all as specified and as directed.
