MANDATORY SERVICES

Removal of propeller shaft along with propeller from aft side (Length - 13 mtr) by rigging up with proper tools and tackles

Defect survey of three journals (I,e OD of propeller shaft in the vicinity of bush area)

Removal of forward bush (ID-261mm, OD-363mm, L-705mm ), intermediate bush (ID-261mm, OD-363mm, L-705mm) and aft bush(ID-301mm, OD-402mm, L-1425mm) along with sleeve

Measurement of ID of all three housings

Undertake sighting for three bush housings wrt thrust block center line by piano wire

Fitment of fwd, intermediate and aft bush post machining ID and OD as per sighting results

Measurement of ID of all three bushes

Propeller shaft along with propeller to be inserted to its original position

Clearance measurement of Fwd, intermediate and aft bushes

Bearing load to be checked post fitment of shafting components completely as per RTDL

Supply of machined Forward bush (ID-261mm, OD-363mm, L-705mm)

Supply of machined Intermediate bush (ID- 261mm, OD-363mm, L-705mm)

Supply of machined Aft bush (ID-301mm, OD- 402mm, L-1425mm)
