Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated,etc.)sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tappping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing only quantity obtained from serial item number 2.00 above and including fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix plain, aluminium sheeting,thickness in 0.71mm Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed), including fixed with self tapping screws or nuts, bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron (or) mild steel work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber or frame work fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc under 40 Sqcm in section etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conformiing to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix roof trusses (framed), trussed , purlins, cranes grantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket fraiming (Beam, tee , angles, channels or flat sections) including distances pieces cleats etc of Fe-410 -W (Gde -250 quality -A) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix stairs (framed) including stringers, treaders, landing balusters, hand rails including cleats brackets of Fe-410 -W (Gde -250 quality -A) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of sythentic enamel pain on new steel sufaces including prearation of surfaces10 cm width or girth including one coat of red oxide zinc primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 12 mm thick glass reinforced gypsum(GRG) ceiling tiles of size 595x595mm of approved design fixed with powder coated (powder coating on web bottom only ) GI grid consisting of main tee section of size (15mm x 30mm ),cross Tee section of size (15mm x 23mm) and powder coated GI wall angle of size (20 mmx 20mm) suitable for mouting tiles of size 595mmx595mm with 4 mm dia GI wire suspender including fabrication complete as per manufactureres instructions fixed with steel rawl plug with nut and bolts arragements with grid size 60x120cm including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick PVC sheet of any shade for false ceiling placed in snap grid of size 600 mm x600mm approved design fixed with powder coated(powder coating on web bottom only) GI grid consisting of main Tee section of size (15 mmx 30mm ), cross Tee sec of size (15mmx23mm) and powder coated GI wall angle of size(20mmx20mm) suitable for mounting tiles of 600mmx600mm with 4mm dia GI wire suspender including fabrication complete all as per manufactures instructions fixed with steel rawl plug with nut and bolts arragements with grid size 60x120cm including taking down upto height 10 metre complete all as specified and deiected.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation) or insulation boards /slabs , any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications complete all as pecified and as diredcted

Supply and fix 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on wall to make PVC Frame as per specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing only quantity obtained from serial item number 16.00 above including fixing arragements complete all as specified and directed.
