Outsourcing of services for operation & maintenance of of central type AC Plant (3x25 TR) and AHU at TS-II for smooth and trouble free operation round the clock in three shifts of 08 hours each including Sundays and holidays including attending and rectifying minor adjustments to the controls for smooth operation of the compressor units condenser water pump, softening plant and blower motor and keeping an hourly record of the plant running and room temperature all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(i) One skilled operator in each shift Note : (i) Bidder has to quote the following mandatory provisions related to wages and misc benefits for workmen which includes all Taxes, cess, levis as applicable including GST. (ii) In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates / instructions under any heading(s), the bid will be treated as non-bonafide / invalid which shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance (iii) Payment for item nos. 19.00 (i) (a) to (f) will be done after submission of valid & authentic documents in support of proof of payment as mentioned in tender documents.

NOTE for item No. 19.00 : The rate shall also include the following: (i) Necessary transportation to work man. (ii) Additional man power if required for early restoration of supply in case of emergency. (iii) The Contractor has to work in conjuction with other agencies working at Dolphin Hill to resolve the break downs without creating inconvenience to Users. (iv) The installation will be handed over in operating state on the commencement of contract though work order. (v) Cleaning of plant sarrounding area and plant room daily. (vi) Contractor shall be responsible to communicate the concerned JE/AGE/GE regarding any type of breakdown/fault within 10 minutes of incident. (vii) One emergency light and necessary tools should be available in the tool box with operator for smooth functioning.

Supply and fix in replacement Electronic Timer suitable for street light timer panel/DG AMF panel/ Star Delta Starter panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .. Make: L&T / Indoasian /GE /BCH.

Taking down defective street light fitting of any size, type and capacity from height of pole / walls / high mast of any location exceeding 7.0 m height for repair work and re-fixing back after repair work is carried out including checking, inspecting, testing and commmissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) The M/L for Items like ballast, lamp, igniters, capacitors, electronic drivers,surge protection devices etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (b) Necessary tools like ladders & other T&P required shall be arranged by the Contractor. (c) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive for minor parts nut bolts, circle clips, clamps etc if any required at site.
