Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Hybrid integrated all in one solar street light fitting having in built PIR motion sensor, safe and long-life maintenance free Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, solar panel and charger built into the luminaire. Autonomy up to 2 days in power saving mode. It shall be used for hassle free operations with highly efficient microcontroller based integrated MPPT charge controller with driver. The Street Light System with 12V DC, having efficacy of LED light fitting of minimum 150 Lumen/ watt Lumen output with minimum 6000 Lumens, Solar Panel Module Capacity of 12V (+/-15%) at required wattage, Driver & Charger efficiency > 90% and shall have specially designed pole top mounting bracket with pole top mounting complete with all accessories etc. as required. The light fitting with solar panel module shall be suitable for mounting on existing GI Pole and fixing of suitable size multicore PVC insulated & FR PVC round sheated copper conductor cable from cable looping box with fitting and wiring from pole door opening i/c fixing of 6A MCB complete etc as required.

Supply of 6 mtr long hot dipped galvanised iron (GI) octagonal pole, made of high tensile steel in single section, top dia of pole 70 mm, bottom dia of pole 130 mm, wall thickness of 3 mm, with suitable pole cap and with weatherproof reinforced bottom hinged door opening i/c supply of foundation bolts complete etc as required.

Erection of metalic pole of above 4.5 mtr. and upto 6.5 mtr. length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregae 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply of 4 C x 16 Sq.mm armoured copper conductor power cable with XLPE insulated, PVC tape inner sheathed and Extruded PVC type ST2 outer sheathed of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1) with upto date ammendments etc., complete as required.

Supply of 3.5 C x 70 Sq.mm armoured Aluminium conductor power cable with XLPE insulated, PVC tape inner sheathed and Extruded PVC type ST2 outer sheathed of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1) with upto date ammendments etc., complete as required.

Supply of 4 C x 4 Sq.mm, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured copper conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1) with upto date ammendments etc., complete as required.

Supplying and laying of OD 63 mm dia., HDPE, PE63, PN-6 Pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984:2016, complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC/HDPE pipe as required. upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC/HDPE pipe as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Fabrication, S.I.T.C of MV Feedar Piller Panel confirming to latest IS/IEC with double door, outer shell, all inner covers and partitions made of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type WITH TOP CANOPY FOR RAIN PROTECTION, floor mounting, free standing, suitable for operation at 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, A.C. Power Supply System complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, grouting, providing pedastal UPTO THE HEIGHT OF 450 MM, Cable Entry provision etc. as required and comprising of following:

i) One Nos. of 200 A, 36 KA, 4P MCCB with Thermal Magnetic Based Releases for INCOMER with Resin Cast C.T. Multi function meter with RS485 port, ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps, as required.

ii) One Set of 250 Amps Al. Bus Bars with at Par Neutral BUS BARS as required.

iii) Two Nos 63 A, 36 KA, 4P MCCB with Thermal Magnetic Based Releases for OC/SC Protection as OUTGOINGS with ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps as required

iv) Four Nos 63 A, 36 KA, 4P MCCB with Thermal Magnetic Based Releases for OC/SC Protection as OUTGOINGS with ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps as required each having 4P Contactor of 63 Amps rating and 24 Hours Digital Timer for Automatic Control of Lighting and as required.

v) Spare compartments for future outgoing - 2 Nos. without switchgears.

Fabrication SITC of outdoor type cable junction box, single door with locking arrangement made out of 3mm thick outer sheet and 2mm thick inner sheet steel, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type WITH TOP CANOPY FOR RAIN PROTECTION, floor mounting, free standing panel box suitable for suitable for three phase and neutral colored coded alminium busbars with currennt carring capacity of 300A, 30 x 10mm size, with all accessories for fixing of cable interconnection, earthing, painting, grouting, providing pedastal upto the 450MM, cable entry provision etc. complete with all respects.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm G.I strip in 40 mm dia. GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc.as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with cable as required

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and Copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 C X 16 sq. mm

Supply of LED floodlight delivering 16500 lumens & having minimum efficacy of 110 lumen/watt with IP66 protection clolour temperature 5700k, CRI Min 70, THD<10%, PF>0.95, and IK07, surge protection > 4KV and made out of High pressure die cast aluminium, prewired fixture complete with all accessories, suitable for operation on 240 V 50 Hz, AC supply etc. as required.

Supply of LED bollard delivering 800 lumens & having minimum efficacy of 80 lumen/watt with IP65 protection, clolour temperature 5700k, CRI Min 70, THD<10%, PF>0.9, and IK05, surge protection > 4KV and made out of having Al. die-cast Top Housing, prewired fixture complete with all accessories, suitable for operation on 240 V 50 Hz, AC supply etc. as required.

Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point ( without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. Supply & Fixing of 400 mm sweep wall fan having 3 speed regulation, 100% copper motor, spped 1350 RPM and Air delivery 10 CMM etc as required

Supply, testing & commissioning of K4 crash rated hydraulic bollard comprising of 04 (Four) nos. suitable to fit for 7 metre wide road and to operate on Three/Single phase 415/230 volt, 50 Hz AC supply, IP68, consisting of inbuilt hydraulic drive unit, Microprocessor / PLC based, logic circuit, control panel, including switching operation in local and remote location (within 30 Mtr), including necessary armoured cabling, underground GI pipes and control cables (upto 30 Mtr) ,control wires etc. complete as required including all major/minor civil works (excavation of PQC road of minimum 200mm depth) and making good after installation complete as required , comprising of following items: • Height – minimum-1000mm • Diameter of bollard - 275 mm dia, • Material - High Tensile structural steel and SS 316 stainless steel finish • Rising Time - 4 to 6 Sec & Lowering Time - 3 to 4 sec etc as per Technical Specifications of Tender document

Supply, testing & commissioning of Under Vehicle Surveillance system consists of triggering element, scanning element, array of LED lights, Magnetic loop, Automated Number plate Recognition camera (ANPR), Driver Identification camera, Scene view capture camera, UVSS Main unit, network interface controller and computer cum server elements i/c supply of suitable poles for Cameras, LED lights and all major/minor civil works excavation of road as per Technical Specifications of tender document.
