Monthly Charges for sweeping of all toilets, bathrooms and surrounding drains of Inspection Bungalow on regular basis including supply of bleaching powder. ( Total 8 toilets and bathrooms )

Monthly Charges for Cleaning of all furnitures (Almirahs, tables, chairs, sofa including dining tables & chairs etc ), Fans, lights, walls,Doors, Windows, Microwave oven, Refrigerator etc

Monthly Charges for Cleaning & washing of floors, basins of all rooms of bungalow including Kitchen room & cleaning of rooftop

Monthly Charges for cleaning the surrounding inside the boundary wall and middle portion of administrative Building & Bungalow including washing with water

Monthly Charges for collection of all garbages, segregate the garbages and its safe removal from the inspection bungalow

Monthly charges for cleaning of water tank once in a month & day to day operation of pump to fill the tank in inspection Bungalow.

Monthly Charges ( From October to March ) for Gardening in front of I.B including supply of seasonal flowering plants and fertilizers, preparation of soil, watering etc.

Monthly Charges ( From April to September ) for Gardening in front of I.B including supply of seasonal flowering plants and fertilizers, preparation of soil, watering etc.

Annual Charges for cleaning, washing and ironing of bed sheet ,pillow cover , towels ,curtains, blankets, blanket cover, sofa cover and mosquito net in sets a) Set 01 -Charges for cleaning, washing and ironing of bed sheet, pillow cover including side pillow cover , towels etc

b) Set 02- Curtains, total no of curtains is 70 pieces, once in three month. i.e. (70*4)=280 nos.

c)Set 03- sofa cover, total no of pieces is 12, once in three month (12*4)=48 Nos.

d)Set 04- dry wash Blanket, 6 Nos / month, For 5 ( five ) months in a year= 6*5 = 30 Nos. per year

e)Set 04- Blanket cover cotton, 20 Nos / month, For 5 ( five ) months in a year = 20*5 =100 Nos. per year

f) Mosquito net-total piece is 28, Once in a month and (28*12) =180 Nos in a year ( Rate is in L.S )

Annual maintenance charge of Gas oven excluding supply of spares. Considering minimum four(04) times cleanning of burners and accessories in a year .

Annual maintenance charge of Geyser excluding supply of materials. Total 6 ( six ) Nos. Geyser

Annual maintenance charge of Chimney excluding supply of materials. Considering minimum four(04) times cleaning in a year.

Annual maintenance charge of AC machine excluding supply of spares . Considering Two(02) times cleaning and washing in a year, total no of ACs= 08 nos , in a year (8*2)=16.

Monthly maintenance charge of inverter excluding supply of spares.

Annual maintenance charge of Aquarium including supply of 10kg colourfull stones, minimum supply of One Hundred (100) nos decorative fishs , foods, filter and necessary spares. Considering minimum Two(02) times water changing in a month.

Monthly Charges for cable connection. 07 nos for each month, Yearly 7*12= 84 Nos in a year

Note:- 02 nos Double bedded rooms, one no 04 bedded room, 02 nos 03 bedded rooms & One Dormitory Room(6 bedded) , 08 nos colours TV in the inspection Bungalow, Shibmandir, Siliguri.
