Refurbishment of damaged runner along with providing and fitting of new bottom rotating labyrinth of USHP-II, Kangan as per scope of SBD briefly mentioned as under: 1. Repair and refurbishment of existing runner for making good pittings by way of welding, grinding and machining as per approved standards of IS/IEC/OEM. 2. Checking of ovalty and bringing same to OEM parameters/tolerance. 3. Providing and fitting of new bottom rotating labyrinth and refurbishment of top labyrinth. 4. Providing of High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) Coating for refurbished runner. 5. Supply of 12 No runner bolts as per sample. 6. Dynamic Balancing of runner at workshop.
Transportation of Runner along with allied items as necessary from USHP-II Kangan Power House to factory works and back to site
