Clearing grass & bushes including removal of Rubbish up to a distance of 150 m etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil except hard rock, requiring blasting including back filling disposal of surplus earth within a lead up to 50m levelling etc. complete.

Disposal of excavated materials by mechanical transport up to a distance of 5 km including loading, unloading and leveling at dump yard etc. complete.

Random Rubble Masonry in CM 1:6 (1 cement, 6 sand) in foundation and basement including pointing the exposed surfaces of the masonry simultaneously during construction, curing etc. complete with all incidental charges

Dry Rubble Masonry for foundation including packing, wedging etc complete and filling the gap with good quality river sand properly consolidating with water, with all incidental charges as per standard specification

Brick work in CM 1:6 (1 cement, 6 sand) with good quality table moulded well burnt country bricks in basement and super structure at all heights etc. complete with all incidental charges

Half brick work in CM 1:4 (1 cement, 4 sand) with good quality table moulded country burnt bricks in superstructure at all elevations etc. complete.

RCC 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 sand 4 hard granite broken stone 20 mm and down) including rendering the surface with CM 1:3 ( 1 cement, 3 sand) to set right honey combs surface unevenness, making and forming pockets, sleeves, embedding inserts, bolts, anchor plates etc. excluding shuttering and reinforcement for columns, beams, slabs etc. in foundation

RCC 1:1.5:3 (1 cement, 1.5 sand 3 hard granite broken stone 20 mm and down) including rendering the surface with CM 1:3 ( 1 cement, 3 sand) to set right honey combs surface unevenness, making and forming pockets, sleeves, embedding inserts, bolts, anchor plates etc. excluding shuttering and reinforcement for columns, beams, slabs, lintels, sun shades, racks, shelves etc. at all heights.

Providing formwork of any size and shape for cement concrete works including strutting, propping, bracing and removal of the form after the concrete sets properly etc. complete at all elevations.

Providing steel reinforcement for RCC works including cutting, bending, cranking, laying in position and binding with GI binding wire in lines and levels etc. complete with all incidental charges.

Plastering in C M 1:4: 15 mm thick, one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all elevations.

Ceiling plastering in CM 1:3, 6 mm thick etc. at all elevations complete

Plastering in C M 1:4: 20 mm thick, one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth, including flushing coat etc. complete

Providing and laying PCC 1:1½:3 (1 cement, 1½ sand 3 hard granite broken stone 20 mm and down) including finishing, consolidation, curing etc., complete

Providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 ( 1 cement, 4 sand, 8 granite broken stone, 40 mm and down) including finishing, consolidation, curing etc. complete

Providing and laying PCC 1:3:6 ( 1 cement, 3 sand, 6 hard granite broken stone 20 mm and down) including finishing, consolidation etc. complete

White washing 2 coats at all elevations including preparation of the surface etc. complete.

Colour washing 2 coats at all elevation including preparation of the surface etc. complete.

Painting walls at all elevations with exterior weather coat paint of approved shade, brand and manufacturer. Provide two coats of paint to give an even finish including preparing the surface etc. at all heights complete as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing glass panels (3 mm thick, plain glass) with glazing clip, special metal sash putty of approved make or metal beading with screw including cost and conveyance of all materials etc. complete at all elevations

Painting walls, ceilings etc. at all elevations with oil-bound distemper (OBD) of approved shade,brand and manufacturer. Provide two coats of paint to give an even finish including preparing the surfaceetc. at all heights complete as per standard specification.

Painting with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even finish etc. complete as per directions at all heights for old wood work 2 coats.

Painting with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even finish etc. complete as per directions at all heights for steel works 2 coats over a coat of approved metal primer.

Supply and stacking good quality M- sand as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and stacking good quality table moulded country burned bricks of standard size as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and stacking 20 mm down hard granite stone as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and stacking 40 mm down hard granite stone as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and stacking 6 mm down hard granite stone as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and stacking 75 mm down hard granite stone as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and clearing the deposits of clinker, coal, limestone dusts from top of roofs, sunshades, sides of plant surfaces etc., at all elevations including removing and depositing spoil at places pointed out by the Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of RCC including removing and stacking available reinforcement bars and clearing away the debris within a distance of 150 m etc. complete.

Dismantling walls of any thickness with bricks or rubble in CM including stacking of materials useful for re-use and disposal of debris within a distance of 150 m etc. complete

Cutting and removing set clinker including chiseling etc. and disposal of the same within initial lead and lift complete as per directions

Providing and operating Tractor on hire basis including all consumables, including fuel charges and maintenance cost and incidental charges etc. complete as directed by Engineer- in-Charge ( Per hour basis)

Sectioning 150 mm average thickness and forming the surface as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charg

Dry rubble packing in roads, floor to lines and levels as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge with hard granite rubble of required size including wedging and tightening etc. complete as per standard specifications

Supply of skilled Mason[MAN DAYS] to assist the department.

Supply of skilled Carpenter [man days]to assist the department.

Supply of skilled Painter to assist the department.

Supply of Man Mazdoors to assist the department.

Supply of skilled Plumber to assist the department.
