systems, including chemical dosing, AMC, and

compliance with statutory standards.

Horticulture Waste Management :

Loading, unloading, sweeping, collection, and

disposal of horticulture waste, large debris, malba,

sludge, and chemical residues on a daily basis.

Disposal shall be arranged by the contractor

outside Park premises at designated locations.

DG Sets & Power Supply Systems :

Operation and routine maintenance of 4 Nos. DG

Sets and Power Supply Systems (PSS), including

AMC and periodic servicing as required.

Air-Conditioning Systems :

Operation and routine maintenance of VRF and air-

conditioning systems, including AMC, servicing, and

performance upkeep.

Irrigation Systems:

Operation and routine maintenance of the

7 automatic irrigation network, including 11 Per Month 70,000 7,70,000

drip/sprinkler systems, pumps, and associated

pipelines, with AMC support.

Consumables & Housekeeping Supplies

: Provision of consumables including:

Electrical: damaged fittings, fixtures, rectification

of cable faults with materials etc as required.

Plumbing Work (fittings, fixtures, rectification of

pipelines with materials etc as required.
