Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running metre per coat. including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants , scaffolding etc., complete.

Providing and fixing the GI pipe hand railing at VTS tower height of 8.75m (At 1st floor balcony), 45.00m (At 4th floor balcony of VTS tower), 57.00m ( At 5th floor balconY) after dismantling old GI hand railing with 40mm dia heavy duty "C" class grade with 3 horizontal tier 33 no. verticals of approximate 1.0 mtr height of each vertical pipe with all necessary fixtures & fittings like GI clamps, MS plate foundation anchor bolts, CC pedestal etc. as directed at stie & as per at site and S.E. painting two coats over a one coat of primer including the cost of all the materials, cost of all the labour charges, tools & plants, boat charges and all other charges etc. complete. Providing and fixing of 30mm thick glazed windows shutters of approved Ist qualit .as directed including fixing in frames of doors/windows/ cup-boards with brass screws including all fitting and fixtures of stainless steels of approved shape and size and as directed including cost of supply of all materials, labours, tools& plants and all other charges etc. complete.

30mm thick teak Wooden Fully glazed shutters for windows (Single/Double leaf)

Patch concreting work at VTS tower outer pheriphary up to height of 60m by making drill screwed it 4 inch Brass/SS screw binding with G.I. Wiremesh and conreting it by providing side shuttering wherever necessay and making corner and patch of concrete good surface this including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and concreting the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineerin-Charge.
