Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and S & F Coloured Glazed Ceramic tiles (Digital Designer tiles) of size 450 mm x 300 mm and 6-7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and S & F non skid ceramic joint free coloured matt finish tiles square / rectangular area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm and 6 - 7 mm thick as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items ie. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc.,of any discription and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. and M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls / celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster and disposing off the rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in two layers ie. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 and 2nd ( top ) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4( top layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' as "supply only")

Supply only water proofing compound (ISI Mark) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered sufaces of walls & applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Rotational moulded poly-ethylene multilayer water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) 500 litres capacity, white in colour hoisted and fixed in position with and including all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement including forming & filling expansion joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing chowkats or frames of any description and in any position from the opening of size not exceeding 1.50 sqm each with shutter i.e. without taking off shutter from the frames complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing chowkats or frames of any description and in any position from the opening of size exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each with shutter i.e. without taking off shutter from the frames complete all as specified and directed.

S & F anodised Aluminium alloy sections sliding windows with frames Series-C (20mm), 3 track sliding shutters duly fitted with neoprene beading, glazing clips, two shutters tinted glass panes 4.80 mm nominal thickness one shutter with stainless steel wire cloth .45mm dia and average width of aperture 1.4mm , aluminium alloy handles etc. complete all as specified and directed.Note : Making all edges i.e. cill and jamb good by cement mortar 1:3

M & L aluminium deco grill medium grade of mesh size 75mmx75mm with 6mm square anodised aluminium bars fixed with aluminium frame of size 37x19x2mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium anodised ventilator with fixed aluminium frame of size 65 x 40 x 1.98mm thick fixed in vertical position with aluminium vertical members and half portion to be provided with 4mm thick pin head glass and remaining portion to be louvered using 4mm thick pin head glass and louvered portion covered with stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm incl necessary channel frame work, including rubber gasket and aluminium beading complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L for Pre-polished (mirror Finish) machine cut Kota stone slab 20 mm to 25 mm thick, as in slab/plateform set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing to give mirror finish & including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota/ Granite stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types.Note : Including all cutting charges for counter top type steel sinc fixing in it complete all as specified and directed. (Note : No deduction shall be made for opening of sink portion and rate of cutting of hole for wash hand basin and setting the washhand basin in position shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

M & L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base and finishing top surface even and fair including necessary form work as in flooring, surface finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and direccted.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and in any position including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc and M & L for mild steel framed work [Fe-410-W (grade 250) quality A] as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other coverings, doors etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated A C or steel sheeting any guage, of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S & F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self taping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S& F mild steel welded fabric of weight exe 3.5 Kg but n.exc. 4 Kg/ Sqm, fixed with spikes complete all as specified.

Taking up or down existing unserviceable mild steel water tubing and connections 20 mm dia, any grade, of any description or in any position including fittings and S & F (concealed / open) 20mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 20 mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old decorated surface of ceiling and including cornices plastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove all loose scales, and foreign materials scarping down , smoke soot moulds , moss and efflorescent salts treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old decorated surface by complete removal of existing treatment on wall (any number of layers ) by scarping with steel scapers or any other mean including filling depessions of scapped surface with putty and pereparation of surface for further treatment and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion paint white or tinted over applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new painted surface of wood and wood based material any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases in walls / pillars /column etc. of any description for concealing the boxes to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. (ii) Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'.
