HIRING OF COMPRESSOR WITH OPERATOR ON RENTAL BASIS
ELECTRICAL DRIVEN COMPRESSOR (525 CFM OR HIGHER) 1 NOS. WITH SUITABLE CONNECTION CABLE AND STORAGE TANK OF CAPACITY 2000 LTRS ON RENTAL BASIS FOR 120 DAYS. DETAILS ARE GIVEN BELOW: i. Capacity: 525cfm or higher (+/-3%) at 10 bar pressure. ii. Rating: 3 Phase, 415 V, 50 Hz. iii. Compressor end connection should have NRV valve and ball valve for air regulation with flanged end having 4 holes (PCD 120 mm). iv. Output air shall be Moisture-free and suitable for equipment pressurizing, pneumatic tools operation etc. v. The compressor is proposed to be arranged in open space in all weather conditions including salty atmosphere and hence should be provided with suitable dust / weather protection covers including roofing for compressor. The control panel and the operating panel should be dust and waterproof to enable the compressor to operate in open rain and dusty atmosphere. vi. Size: The compressor should be skid mounted and compact in size. Adequate lifting brackets should be there. vii. Separate storage tank of capacity 2000 LTRS should be provided with compressor. viii. Necessary Cable to be provided for connections. ix. Working hours shall be 24 hours/day. x. An operator should be there for operation and running time maintenance of the compressor during the working hours. xi. Necessary pass requirement for the personnel to be arranged by the firm and should follow strict safety requirements of CSL. xii. The payment shall be made for actual number of days utilized.
