Transportation loading-unloading/Installation/Dismantling work details is as given below; (a) Sea Skill labour charges for Transportation (Boat and 4 wheeler)/ loading/unloading of 2V/600AH cell of 48nos 2V/600AH cell (weight of each cell is approx..46Kg) Upto Pirotan Lighthouse. Shifting all cells at Pirotan Island to Power house of Pirotan Light house. (b) Dismantling of existing 48 Nos 2V/400 AH cells and installation of the new 48Nos. 2V/600AH cells. (c)The new cells to be connected with new cable links and to be placed in new cell rack to be supplied by the bidder. (d) Supply and installation of new UG power cable of 2.5 sqmm, 3C, length approx. 65 Meters from tower to power house. (Layout Drawing attached) The old cable to be removed and new cable to be laid within the same day for maintaining the availability of the main light. The wiring of the cable to be made in standard casing capping. The underground portion of the cable to be laid in a PVC pipe with 2 inch/ 10kgf strength. The hole from back side of tower need to be filled with cement plaster after laying and installation of the new cable. (e) Supply of ACDB,DCDB and MCBs of standard required specification for 3KW Solar power system
