CONSULTANCY FOR CONDUCTING STRUCTURAL AUDIT TO BLDG NO P-18 AT CGAE NEDUMBASSERY ARE AS FOLLOWS:- (i) Conducting Rebound hammer test to find out the strength of concrete - 25 Nos (ii) Conducting Ultrasonic pulse velocity test - 25 Nos (iii) Carry out carbon test on RCC members at random to assess the depth of carbonation in cover concrete - 25 Nos (iv) Collection of concrete core cutting samples by drilling into structural members and testing for comprehensive strength - 06 Nos (v) Carry out half cell potential measurments test to access the extent of corosio in RC members at random - 05 Nos (vi) Carry out cover meter scanning to assess the existing reinforcement spacing,cover and approx diameter (max covering 1 sqm per unit) - 10 Nos (vii) Labour meterial charges for preparing the testing surface by chipping the plastering for structural member and repairing the same with polymer modified high strength mortar after testing work. (viii) Repairing methodology and retrofitting scheme for structure serviceability and safety periodic maitenance scheme futeristic protection of structure, the recommendation for technical specification material to be used. (ix) Vetting by NIT/IIT/Govt Technical institutes. (x) Submitting complete report alongwith analysis relevent conclusion and recommendations. (xi) Modelling and checking adequacy of existing building (Foundation,Column,Beams & Slabs).
