CONSULTANCY FOR PREPARATION OF ARCHITECTURAL DRAWING SOIL INVESTIGATION STRUCTURAL DESIGN DRAWINGS ESTIMATION PREPARATION OF TENDER MARKET ANALYSIS OF BUILDINGS STRUCTURES INCLUDING SERVICES FOR OTM ACCN AT MISSAMARI

Consultancy for following services in all respects as specified (A) Planning for site development, including preliminary activities like site survey, contour mapping, soil investigation, etc, includes the following: (i) Making necessary arrangement for Mobilisation and de-mobilisation of equipment, tools & plants, personnel.. etc required for soil investigation and their removal after satisfactory completion of work . (ii) Conducting field tests/ Standard Penetration Test (SPT) at every 1.5m interval upto 12mt or as directed by Project Manager/Dy PM. Carrying out SPT and other tests required for designing the foundation for building/ structures under subject work.

(iii) Submission of soil investigation/ test reports: This shall include all the test as required for designing the foundation such as STP values, bore holes, soil classifications and also should cover general recommendation for the proposed type of foundation system, safe bearing capacity likely total settlement etc. The report shall be submitted in quintuplicate duly bounded in a presentable manner aong with photographic record. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of submission of such reports.

(B) Preparation and submission of detailed Architectural drawings of the buildings with following requirement (The list of building alongwith aprox plinth area is attached as Appendix-A of BOQ) (a) Preparation of site plan marked with hanger with Annexes, external B/R & E/M services (confirming best engineering prectices and provisions as per NBC) viz -a-viz Roads, culverts,sewage network, area drainage, retaining wall, dispersal etc as required for complete project. Conceptual Architectural drawings with relevant details like plans, elevations, sections etc. based on data attached as per approved Board Proceedings/ Approximate Estimate Part I & II and local Architectural Norms/ Bye-Laws shall be submitted in duplicate hard copies for approval of officer -in- charge of E6 section of HQ CCE(Army) No 2 Missamari. (b) After approval of conceptual drawings, final Architectural drawings shall be prepared including Schedule of Finishes, Internal Water Supply and Internal Electrification drawings, Internal fire fighting incorporating required changes/ modifications as suggested by this HQ . The final drawings shall be got approved from officer -in- charge of E6 section of HQ CCE(Army)No 2 Missamari.

Final Architectural drawings to be submitted to this HQ in hard copy (on Tracing sheets) and soft copy in CD, duly signed by an Authorized Architect with CA number. Further 10 sets in total of hard prints of final approved Architectural drawings as pe scale of drawing specified shall be provided and rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of same. (c) One set of Auto CAD drawings alongwith scanned copy of all final drawings in PDF format in 02 nomber CD's shall be provided. (d) 3D-Rendered image/ view shall be submitted to E-6 section The Arch drawing shall be submitted as per following scale; i) Architectural Workings drawings like all the Floor plans, Elevations and Sections are to be in 1:100 scale. ii) Toilet, Kitchen and Stair details will be in 1:25 Scale. iii) Other necessary details will be in convenient Scale. iv) Site plan prepared be at 1:1000 or suitable scale.

(C) Preparation and submission of detailed Structural design and comprehensive structural drawings of the buildings/ Structures given in Appendix-A of BOQ. The structural drawings shall contain following details: (i) Foundation details rafts/ footings, pedestal with reinforcement details (ii) Column details with steel reinforcement (III) Plinth beams along with reinforcement details (iv) Staircase, Tie beams, lintels, chejjas...etc with reinforcement details (v) Floor beams and floor slab with reinforcement details (vi) Roof/ over head water tank with reinforcement details (vii) Any other details as per Arch drawings NOTE:

(a) Hanger shall be designed as PEB structural from the E-in-C Branch approved firm. Design of Hanger shall include design of hanger , motorized gate,fire fighting/detection system approved by CFEES and illumination. The design folder for hanger shall also include the drawings & schedule for erection of structure. The drawings shall be prepared based on structural analysis and sound Engineering practice as per IS 875, IS 456-2000, IS 1893-2016, IS 13920 and other relavant/ applicable code as on date. (b) The structural design/ drawings shall be got vetted from IIT GUWAHATI/ IIT MADRAS/IIT DELHI/IIT ROORKEE/IIT BOMBAY/IIT KANPUR/IIT KHARAGPUR and submitted to this HQ in 10 (Ten) set of hard copy and one set in soft copy and one set on Tracing sheet. (c) Consultancy agency shall also provide required assistance, clarifcations, amendment during execution of work or as and when required by HQ CCE (Army) No /PM-2 Missamari (d) The drawings shall be designed in STAAD Pro model.

((D) Preparation and submission of detailed estimate, abstract of quantities, Yardstick , Tender documents, Market rate analysis(MRA) for all buildings/ structures ,MRA of prepriced schedule of SSR ITEMS based on MES SSR Part -II 2020,MRA of Non SSR items in Schedule of Miscillaneous items with supporting documents. Note: (i) Specifications shall be as per Zonal specifications of Cheif Engineer SIliguri Zone & complete all as directed. (ii) Complete qunantity of earth cutting & filling required in work to be estimated with details inculding level sheets & calculations.
