Consultancy work for preparation of Detailed Project Report for Construction of Auditorium of International Standard under Tagore Cultural Complex Scheme alongwith development of different allied facilities at Jodhpur as per Scope of Work mentioned in Section-2 of Financial Bid. The Estimated Built up area of construction is 16,000.00 sq.mt. The Estimated Construction Cost is calculated on the basis of Rs. 50,000.00 per sqm.( Civil + Interior Work ). Hence, the Estimated Project Cost of Construction is Rs. 80.00 Crores. The Consultant is required to quote rate for Consultancy Fee as percentage of Estimated Construction Cost i.e Percentage of Rs. 80.00 Crores.
