Providing and laying of 40 mm thick consolidated BC layer, after providing Tack Coat as per clause No. 503 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision), precoated stone aggregates physical requirements/ grading/ mix composition as per Table 500-16, 500-17, & 500-11 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (Fifth Revision) mixed with minimum 5.4% bitumen VG-10 complying with Indian Standard Specification IS:73 laid with sensor paver finisher and rolled as per Clause 501.6 and 501.7 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (Fifth Revision) achieve desired compaction (including cost of conveyance of mix) and all as specified in particular specifications.

Providing and laying of 75 mm thick consolidated DBM layer after providing prime coat as per clause No. 502 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision), pre coated stone aggregates physical requirements/ grading/ mix composition as per Table 500-8, 500-9, 500-10 & 500-11 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (Fifth Revision) mixed with minimum 4.5% bitumen VG-10 complying with Indian Standard Specification IS:73 laid with sensor paver finisher and rolled as per Clause 501.6 and 501.7 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (Fifth Revision) and achieve desired compaction (including cost of conveyance of mix) and all as specified in particular specifications.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor on prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, all complete as per clause 503 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge Works (5th Revision) and all as specified in particular specifications

Providing and applying Prime Coat with bitumen emulsion complying with IS 8887 on prepared surface of WMM including clearing of road surface & spraying primer using mechanical means as per clause No. 502 of McRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge Works (5th Revision)
