Repair / replacement of worn out parts of Budshah-II dredger presently deployed at Tulibal Sopore.

a) Dismantling of 24V self starter motor and ignition (starting) system of Ellicott 370 Dragon series CSD engine by way of shifting self-starter motor assembly from site to workshop for servicing/repairment in Pvt. Vehicle b) Complete dismantling of starter motor, solenoid switch, pinion, armature etc. at workshop with the help of skilled technician for servicing of each part and replacement of carbon brush set as per sample and then fitted back each part to their existing position and tested at workshop on no load c) Shifting back of self-starter motor from workshop to site and fitted it properly at their own position and tested on full load d) Checking of isolater switch, ignition/start key switch and starting circuit wiring with the help of skilled technician. Reassembling and re fixing of all above component in position and testing of the starting system complete in all respects including labour, consumable and petty repair material for completion of work.

Providing and Fitting of pump GP-F XF bearing part no. CAT 3848612 with the help of skilled labour other tools and tackles for the completion of work.
