Consultancy Services for the Construction of Proposed Prefabricated Smart Agri Complex at State Warehouse Karunagappally in Kollam District, Under NABARD RIDF XXXI Scheme.

Conducting total station survey , soil test (minimum 6 bore) of land and submission of report both soft copy and hard copy duly signed .The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all charges except GST

Detailed structural design for the proposed pre fabricated building and submission of both soft copy and hard copy duly signed .

Preparation of detailed drawing for civil,electrical and fire fighting ,temperature controlled godown(minimum capacity of temperature controlled godown shall be 30% of the total capacity) along with detailes of structural members including certification and submission of both soft copy and hadrd copy duly signed.

Quantity calculation of civil,eletrical , fire fighting and Temperature controlled godown for the proposed building and submission of both soft copy and hard copy duly signed .

Preparation of execution drawings for civil,electrical fire fighting system and temperature controled godown for the proposed building and submission of both soft copy and hard copy duly signed .

Preparation of necessary documents , forms,drawings, certificate etc.and approvals for the drawings, cordinating site inspection and obtaing Intial NOC from Fire and Rescue Department and Building permit from the Local Body Authorities. (Fees for statuary charges not including in this contract)The rate shall be inclusive of all charges except GST
