Construction of MPS BUILDING (IGLOO TYPE) with RCC Traverse wall VIFT all around and in front, Wing wall, Toe wall and earth traverse including soil stabilisation, ATT, Ramp, Surcer drain, Antistatic epoxy flooring, Grider for EOT Crane, Z type ventilators, Doors etc all as shown in drawings complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of RCC Static water tank of 50 Cum capacity complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

Construction of FIRE POINT with Angle Iron structure complete all as specified, shown on drawings and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S & F flame Proof sheet steel metal enclosure of size 330 x350 x 190 mm, CMRI certified distribution box, 8 Way, 240 Volts with MCB SPN 32 Amps-01 No, Outgoing MCB SP, 240 Volts 5-32 Amps – 06 Nos complete with internal Bus Bar & wiring upto terminal complete all as specified and directed.

S & F LED light fitting 2 feet x 20 watts(4 feet long) flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass, with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector having Anti corresive epoxy powder coated finish etc. complete with all accessories prewired and incl connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size covered with flame proof flexible metal conduit of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for flame proof cum waterproof exhaust fan of 18’’ (450mm) sweep, having inside & outside grey epoxy coated with provn of 0.25 HP 230 Volts, 50 Hz single phase Motor, 1440 RPM, 4000 CFM, made out of aluminum die cast, IP 66, having Anti corrosive epoxy powder coated finish complete with louver with bolts nuts and washers size of the bolt 15 cm long 12 mm dia embedded in the wall including connecting up with three core copper conductor cable with suitable size and covered with flame proof flexible metal conduit of suitable size duly certified by CMRI Dhanbad for connection and making suitable size of hole to existing wall for fan base complete all as specified and directed. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for Construction of valve chamber of size 1000mm x 1000mm x 800mm (internal dimension) in PCC block massonary, built in 200mm thick wall in cement mortar (1:4) incl PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, 15 mm thick cement plaster rendering in CM 1:4 on internal and exposed external surfaces including 40 x 40 x 6mm MS angle frame and 6mm thick MS sheet cover duly hinged with locking arrangement and 1 nos 50mm size 4 lever lock with triplicate keys including painting to steel surfaces with one coat of red oxide and two coats of black Bituminous paints and cement surfaces with three coat of white wash incl necessary excavation, Removing , Returning and filling complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, fabrication , installation, testing and commissioning LT Panel board, Outdoor type factory made design verified as per IEC -61439-1&2, manufactured by TTA approved manufacturer, water and vermin proof protection made out of 3.15mm thick of CRCA steel sheet duly supported with mild steel angle iron of size 40x40x6mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25x5mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable, single hinged door /shutter with locking arrangement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surface after necessary preparation of steel surfaces incl providing PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggreate as in foundation of suitable size and connetion of all outgoing/incoming cable incl necessary excavation as required incl the following fitment accessories all complete as specified and as directed.

S & F metallic enclosure for MCCB of capacity 100 Amps complete all as specified and directed

S & F street light bracket of GI light grade 40 mm dia pipe 1.5 mtr long bent to shape at factory of offset angle upto 110 degree for fixing LED street light fittings including clamp of size 30 x 5mm made to shape incl nut bolts washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cable junction box IP - 66 with metric knockouts for cable entry with connector of size 155 x 210 x 92mm incl making connections complete all as specified and directed.

LIGHTENING PROTECTION

M & L for static discharge plate of size 300x300x3mm complete fitting on hydroscopic insulator fixed on wall connecting to copper strip with brazeeing complete all as specified and directed.

EOT CRANE

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning indoor type, heavy duty, electically operated flame proof , hermetically sealed, double box girder over head travelling crane (EOT) designed and manufactured in accordance to IS-3177 of 1999 & IS- 807 of 2006, Class-II capable to handle 2.50 Ton load (SWL) with centre to centre clear span 6.0 metres (Approx) bay length 15 metres (Approx) , longitudinal travel limited to 1.5 metre away from the wall on both sides, suitable for operation on 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire AC supply system with necessary steel supporting structure with clear hook height 3.0 metre (Approx) from FFL in fully up retracted position incl all electrical components, control cable safety control etc floor operated with moveable pendant control to be operated by means of push buttons from floor level independently of crab position with protective panel including down shop lead (DSL) trailing cable for CT motion and LT motion complete all as specified incl painting with fire resistant paint all as per manufacturer's specification all as per standard norms for the technical parameters and incl supply and fixing of 32mm square bar rail etc complete all as specified and directed
