Taking down existing tarfelt from roof including plaster and remove from site complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs/coping/ bed block /padding/ depression complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1: 4 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with WPC, finished even and smooth W/O using extra cement as in roof. (WPC shall be measured & paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only integral water proofing compound. (ISI marked)

M & L for water proofing treatment on roof and preparing the surfaces to receive WPT treatment , applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltr / Sqm conforming to IS 3384 applied on plastered surfaces including side walls , followed by a layers of APP based polymeric membrane reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing 3.5 Kg/Sqm(minimum) and 3 mm thick) with mineral finish laid on primed surface by torch application with side overlap 100 mm and ends over laps 150 mm , joints sealed properly as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster incl wall tiles, any description, on brick ,stone and concrete surface walls including chhajja of any floor and roof projection etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering on concrete surfaces 15mm thick in two layers first coat 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and second coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @3% by wt of cement, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering for fair faces of concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement as specified.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering for fair faces of concrete surfaces on ceiling in CM 1:4 for fair finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair chicken wire mesh with tack screws of galvanized mild steel wire cloth of 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm all as spd and as directed

S & F in repair expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples fixed to walls, steel members n.exc 4 kg complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint all as specified and directed by EIC using any one of following material :- Make: Nerolac (Brand:- Suraksha), Asian (Brand:- ACE), Berger (Brand:- Walmasta)

M & L for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper with distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted including one coat of Birla White Putty by finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

All as per ser item No13 above but on ceiling surfaces exept wall putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing water tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc capacity of tank exc 500 and n.exc 1000 ltr complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks including refixing to position of water tanks, 500 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing tretment on RCC slab / beams with bitumen felt with out damaging structure and removing the debrise outside the MD land and M&L for plaster 15 mm thck on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and preparing the surfaces to recive WPT treatment , applying a coat of bitumenm primer confirm to IS - 3384-1986 @ 3% per sqm . providing APP modified memrane with non woven polyster reinforcement/mat ( centre core) by tourch application over primed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge
