1000 Hrly routines of Diesel Engine for BA Compressor - 1No & Diving Compressor- 1No, Make : Mistral M8 -170D, {Engine :: Make - Greaves ,model No - 1523. Compressor Part :(Make : Elgisauer ,Model : M8-170D)}

Carry out 1000 Hrly routines of Diesel Engine for BA Compressor & Diving Compressor: i) Remove and clean injectors and test for spray,if found damaged to be replaced. ii) Calibrate Fuel pump assembly. iii) Decarbonise cylinder head,combustion chamber and grind in valves. iv) Replace air intake filters. v) Clean and pressure test intake and exhaust systems. Renew pipes as required(Exhaust- 25mm,intake - 25mm)mat: SS,Qty - 2Nos,Fuel hose,material :rubber - 2Nos,dia 10mm.,Material - Braided hose,dia -5mm,Qty -1 No. vi) Replace engine oil and fuel filter. vii) Replace fuel hoses,IAW -Greaves cotton ltd Manual. Carry out 2000 Hrly routines on the compressors i) Replace V-Belt ( Part no - 130607000). ii) Change Air intake filter(Part No - 109460302)with Hose-IAW Mistral BA compressor. iii) Replace the BA filter cartridge(Both active carbon -part no : 137000090 and Coalescing cartridge -part no : 306049631). iv) Check the valves ,replace if faulty. v) Replace piston and piston rings. vi) Replace Filling hoses(part No- 140000080). vii) Test and calibrate all safety valves, Stage - I - 5bar, Stage - II - 100bar series at 40 bar, Stage - III - 200bar. Replace if found defective with calibration certificate. viii) Clean and pressure test intercoolers of Stage - I and Stage - II. ix) Calibrate pressure maintaining valve, replace if defectinve. x) Renew all mountings(Engine and Compressor) and anti vibration pad.Sow Includes procurement ,grouping,load testing, renewal and offering vibration trails to ship inpresence of naval trial agencies. (Part No - 130606960). xi) Check suction and delivery valves of all 3 stages of compressor for wear and damage. Clean all components in kerosene.Renew valve pars as necessary. xii) Carry out performance test of compressors.Check that stage pressure are with in 5% of rated value.Carry out defect rectification if required. xiii) Carry out air analysis test of compressor and provide the test certificate.Indicating acceptable air quality IAW BR 2806(Odour - nil,water vapour - less than 0.5gram/m3,CO2- 0.05%,CO : less than 1ppm,O2 - 21±0.5%).Air analysis should satisfy the criteria of IAW BR 2806 regulations.

Spares for BA & Diving Air Compressors (Mandatory): Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for mandatory spares mentioned at Annexure - A in Mandatory Spares List, for the entire above mentioned SoW against third party/OEM invoice for all spares supplied for the Scope. Mandatory List of spares is attached. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. Contractor has also to quote all line items mentioned in Mandatory Spares List seperately. The price quoted in BOQ wrt under this serial should match to the total price furnished by the bidder as per the detailed price breakup in Annexure A. In case of any discrepancy, the amount which is beneficiary to HSL would be considered at the time of placement of order. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (3) against third party/OEM invoice.

Spares for BA & Diving Air Compressors (Anticipatory): Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for anticipatory spares mentioned at Annexure - B in Anticipatory Spares List, for the entire SoW against third party/OEM invoice for all spares supplied for the Scope. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. Anticipatory List of Spares is attached. Contractor has also to quote all line items mentioned in Anticipatory Spares List seperately. The price quoted in BOQ wrt under this serial should match to the total price furnished by the bidder as per the detailed price breakup in Annexure B. In case of any discrepancy, the amount which is beneficiary to HSL would be considered at the time of placement of order. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW.
