CLEANING OF SEWAGE, REPAIRS TO SEWAGE AND AREA DRAINAGE IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN NALIYA

Systematicaly cleaning and desilting of pipe sewers upto 150mm dia excluding man holes but including gully traps of any size and depth, by passing knots, bamboo, kamti and disc of required size, pumping out liquid waste/ sewage, plugging/ diverting the flow in the drain, if necessary and stacking the removed silt/ sludge in deposits as directed including taking precautionary measures such as safty belts, dry cells, torch for lighting inside the manholes and drain etc, sprinkling bleaching powder on the silt/ sludge to avoid bad smell and disposal of silt outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Measurement shall be the length from manhole to manhole including the wall thickness of manhole.

All as per Item No 01 above, but dia of sewer exceeding 150mm.

Cleaning existing drainage/ culverts up to 1.50m depth including removing cover slabs, soils, spoils, vegetation, silt etc and refixing cover slabs including making good in cement mortar (1:6) and removing material outside the MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Payment shall be made based on stacked measurement of debries removed from drains and culverts etc.

Cleaning and removing the blockage in floor trap, nahani trap, gully trap, WC, 'P' trap or 'S' trap and refixing the same after cleaning the pipe, making good damaged cement joint etc of pipe dia not exceeding 150mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing manhole cover of any type/ size/ thickness and cleaning manhole chamber of any shape and size upto 1.5m depth by removing sludge/ mud from manhole and refixing cover in same position/ laid dry including sprinkling antibiotic powder and removing debries outside of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 05 above but depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0m.

M&L for cleaning of septic tank for 50 users including debris/ screen chambers by removing cover slab set in CM of any shape/ thickness and pumping out water/ sludge/ mud with suction pumps including cleaning of inlet/ outlet pipes, refixing cover slab in cement mortar (1:3), sprinkling of antibiotic powder etc and dispose mud/ sludge out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rate quoted is deemed to include the cost of all safty/ protective gears required for workers employed by contracor.

All as per Item No. 07 above but for 25 users only.

M&L for cleaning of sewage well 7.0m dia and 10.0m depth including pumping out of water/ sludge/ mud etc with pumps and removing the sludge out side MD land on the same day including sprinkling antibiotic powder complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rate quoted is deemed to include the cost of all safty/ protective gears required for workers employed by contracor.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying of pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 10 above but depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0m.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil and demolised material to a distance exceeding 5.0 KM but not exceeding 10.0 KM and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition of 100mm dia bore salt glazed stone ware and RCC drain pipe, jointed in cement mortar including bedding concrete and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition of 150mm dia bore salt glazed stone ware and RCC drain pipe, jointed in cement mortar including bedding concrete and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition of 300mm dia bore RCC drain pipe jointed in cement mortar including bedding concrete and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipes, grade 'A', internal dia 100mm, laid to slope in trenches and jointed in cement mortar (1:1) and tested complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for concrete bed to 150mm bore drain pipes including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested, in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block masonry in walling built in cement mortar in any position and removing of unserviceble debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry in cement concrete (1:5:8) with solid blocks exceeding 10cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping and benching to manholes including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channels inside manholes, etc including necessary form work complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Inner girth shall only be measured.

M&L for precast cement concrete cover slab (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in manhole chamber covers, drain covers, etc of required size shape, set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for mild steel TMT reinforcement bars 8mm to 10mm dia as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as in internal surfaces of manholes and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on stone masonry surfces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/ wall by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc, treating cement concrete or concrete surfaces with three dressing of sodium silicate and brushing with neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per sqm and applying cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) with WPC and applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen 85/ 25 @ 1.2 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely.

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan 'Orissa Pattern' of size 580x440mm, white with back inlet and integral foot rest and anti syphonage pipe including 'P' or 'S' trap without provn of lime concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china, semi-pedestal pattern (Anglo Indian type), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) including plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white, (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe), including connection to drain (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, 10 litres capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, 32mm dia flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC, float and handle including brackets complete as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store, rubbish off the premises (out side MD Land) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 300x300x7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in epoxy mortar and pointed in white or coloured cement to match match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured, glazed ceramic tiles 300x200x7mm on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment, laid over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm (flat back or angle back type) including cutting for and pinning ends of brackets or erecting stand and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supply only pillar taps, waste fittings, PVC waste pipe and PVC connection shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only pillar tap 15mm bore, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 32mm dia, waste fittings, brass chromium plated for glazed ware sinks, wash basins etc., with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
