SCHEDULE "A" PART I Out sourcing services for day to day maintenance of CENTRAL AC PLANT of capacity 3 x 26.5 Ton in one shift of 08 hrs a day excluding Saturdays, Sundays & holidays by employing one Refrigeration machanic for maintaining central air conditioner plant of capacity 3 x 26.5 Ton including one stand by (direct expansion system ) and entire cooling appliance such as Spliy/Window ACs, Tower/Cassate type ACs, DeepFreezer, water Cooler, Refrigerators etc by receiving , registring and attending day to day complaints, rectification of complaints, maintaining the complaint cell,and duly maintenance of of necessary records & documents, complete all as specified and directed. Labour to be employed : One Skilled Ref Mech per day. The unit rate quoted shall inclusive of following aspects:- (a) The cost of the complaint slips, registers, cost of T & P for maintenance, minor consumables such as screws, fuse wire, clips etc for the day to day maintenance. (b) Mobile for communication system in the complaint cell so that the complaint can be lodged & feed back can be obtained.

Supply and incorporating in the plant the following major items (as and when required) for the smooth and efficient performance of AC plant:- a) GAS R / 22.

b) Oil pressure cut out for compressor type MP55 Make: DANFOSS/INDFOSS

c) Gasket Set.

d) Shaft seal assembly

e) Bellow for shaft seal assembly.

f) supply anf filling Compressor Oil (Make: DANFOSS/INDFOSS/VEEDOL/ SHEETAL).

g) ‘V’ Belt C-100 suitable for compressor motor (set of 5 Nos) Make : FERMER/YULE

Supply and fix copper tubing 24 SWG of size 3/8" for circulation of refrigerant gas icluding provision of thermal insulation , connection to AC units brazing, jointing, and making the refrigerant gas pipe and testing complete all as specified and directed by the Enginer-in-Charge.

j) Air Filter (Fresh air pro – filter).

SCHEDULE "A" PART II M & L Complete overhauling the window type A/C's up to capacity 1.5 to 2TR and servicing with electric blower caustic soda and soap water to parts like condenser ,evaporator,and checking all electrical connections including refilling of gas required at site and replaceing the petty spares as required at site for the effective operation of the A/C's, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Complete overhauling the Split type A/C's up to capacity 2TR and servicing with electric blower caustic soda and soap water to parts like condenser ,evaporator,and checking all electrical connections including refilling of gas required at site and replacing the petty spares as required at site for the effective operation of the A/C's, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for repair/replacement of desert coolers to spare parts like 3 speed motor, water pump and checking/replace all electrical connections/regulators & control switches including replace of suitable grass pads as required at site for the effective operation of the coolers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Complete overoiling of 12.5 Hp capacity motor of central AC plant and replacement of cappacitor and checking all electrical connections including refixing of motor at existing site for the effective operation of the plant, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Complete overhauling the Water coolers up to capacity 40 ltrs and servicing with electric blower caustic soda and soap water to parts like condenser ,evaporator,and checking all electrical connections including refilling of gas required at site and replacing the petty spares as required at site for the effective operation of the refrigerators, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Over hauling the Geyser of 25 Ltrs cap of any make by dismantling the geyser by removing from its position by disconnecting electric connection in let& out let water supply connections detecting the lekage by removing the copper vessel and rectifying by soldering testing, refixing inposition including replacement of necessary indication lamps elements minor components etc. all as directed. Note: Heating element, will be measured and paid seperately.

S & F thermostat including rubber/PVC gasket tube set to a temparature not higher than the range of 70 suitable 25/50 Ltrs cap Geyser.

Supply and fixing of copper body Suitable to 25/50 liters capacity geyser all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

S&F Geyser unit of 50 Liters body as ISI Marked IS 2082 vent type operating on 230 Volts AC water storage body as copper max head of 0-30N/cm2 and 20M with heat controll device automatic turnoff power supply all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

M&L complete servicing to Exhaust fans like winding connections and painting if required and cleaning of old one fixing on same locations all as specified directed by engineer in charge

M & L for complete overhauling of Air Handling Unit (AHU) by removing its out side frame and existing fins , cleaning the air circulation system with suitable chemical liquid ,straightenning the bended fins smoothely and safely for its smooth air passage operation including repplacement of petty items as required at site and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Painting of entire central AC plant such as compressors, motors, inlet&outlet pipes, valves,Electric panels, AHU and air cooling tower with existing enamel paint colour in single coat including preparation of the surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for repair/replacement of water purifier to spare parts like motor, water pump and checking/replace all electrical connections replace of suitable filter unitsa s required at site for the effective operation of the purifiers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing 3 Pole Power contactors of MNX Range 40A of set working on 440 volts for Indoor use all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Make : Cat CS94190 of L&T Or its equivalent C&S Indoasian.

Supply & Fixing Electronic timer Type ET 100 Range of 9-30Sec set working on 110/230 volts for Indoor use all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Make : Cat AUTS02DIG0.0 of L&T Or its equivalent C&S Indoasian.

Supply & Fixing LT panel starter for 10HP motor /230 volts for Indoor Panel use all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Make : Cat : SS95647 of L&T Or its equivalent C&S Indoasian.

Repairs and replacement of water cooling tower body FRP treetment at various damages and replacing inlet out let valves and float ball set all as specified and directed by engineer in charge

Repairs and replacement of motor starter set in panel of capacity 7 to 25 Hp motors fully automatic star delta starter with timer function and push buttons. Make : Cat : SS94362of L&T Or its equivalent C&S Indoasian.

S&F MCCB 4 pole, 100 Amps with fixed thermal magnetic release up to breaking capacity 25 KA frame DN3, 415 volts in existing panel with end terminations conforming to IS : 13947-2 and IEC : 6047-2 complete all as specified and directed.. S&F MCCB 4 pole, 250 Amps with fixed thermal magnetic release up to breaking capacity 25 KA frame DN3, 415 volts in existing panel with end terminations conforming to IS : 13947-2 and IEC : 6047-2 complete all as specified and directed.. Make : Cat : CM9064200P0of L&T Or its equivalent C&S Indoasian.

S&F MCCB 4 pole,63 Amps with fixed thermal magnetic release up to breaking capacity 16 KA frame DN3, 415 volts in existing panel with end terminations conforming to IS : 13947-2 and IEC : 6047-2 complete all as specified and directed..
