RequiredThe bidder is required to hold a valid ISO 27001 certification for Information Security Management System ISMS issued by accredited Certification Bodies CBs. A copy of the relevant certificate, provided by an accredited CB, must be submitted with the bid.

RequiredThe bidder is required to possess a valid Capability Maturity Model Integration CMMI Level 3 appraisal certificate, issued by a CMMI Institute that is licensed by ISACA.

RequiredThe bidder shall own at least 45 high-speed scanners for A4,A3 and large format A0,A1,A2 sizes. These scanners should be capable of handling delicate or aged documents and maps, enabling the project to start right away and finish within the 90 working days deadline invoices to be attached as proof.

RequiredThe Bidder should have already registered their firm with ESI and PF. The supporting documents of the recent 6 months ESI & PF challan copies must be uploaded

RequiredThe Tenderer must have a Registered or Branch Office in the Bangalore region. Personnel proposed for deployment must be proficient in Kannada. The registered office document, along with the trade license, must be submitted.

RequiredThe Tenderer must have successfully executed, ongoing projects for the Scanning and Digitalization of records and files in any government departments, or similar public entities, with a total billed value of not less than Rs 3 crore in the last five financial years. Submission of work orders as proof is mandatory

RequiredThe Tenderer must not be insolvent, in receivership, bankrupt, or being wound up. Additionally, the Tenderer must not have its affairs administered by a court, have business activities suspended, or be subject to legal proceedings for such reasons.

RequiredThe Tenderer should be a Proprietorship, Company, Partnership Firm, or Limited Liability Partnership Firm duly registered under relevant laws and operational for at least 5 years as on the date of publication of this RFP. Proof must be provided through a Certificate of Incorporation, GST registration, or other relevant documents

RequiredThe Tenderer should be ISO 9001 2015 Quality Management Certified

RequiredThe Tenderer should have an average financial turnover of not less than Rs 15 Crore over the last three financial years and Documentary evidence in the form of audited financial statements and a turnover certificate from a Chartered Accountant is required.

RequiredThe Tenderer should have an ISO 19005 1 2005 certificate, Portable Document Format PDF 1.4, for long-term preservation of electronic documents.

RequiredUdyam Registration for MSME, if applicable.

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder has to upload all documents mentioned in RFD
