The intending bidder/firm/Company should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work supplying man power for Office maintenance in any government Offices of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender i.e. during the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26. Rs 7.67 Lakhs. An additional weight age of 10% for each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Certificate should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

The bidder shall compulsorily furnish documents pertaining to experience in supplying man power (a). Watchman -876 Man-days (b) Driver - 250 Man-days. (c) Computer operator- 250 Man-days. (d) Work supervisor - 250 Man-days.

Valid License Required under Shops and Commercial Establishment Act, 1961 and Previous Year Labor Welfare Fund Paid receipt.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i. 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of the value usually equal to the Amount put to tender under this contract. i.e Rs. 15.33 lakhs An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the financial turnover to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Turnover certificate duly certified by chartered account should be uploaded.Audited profit and loss account balance sheet certified by the chartered accountant along with UDIN Number and IT returns filed for the 2023-24 to 2025-26, all to be uploaded with compulsorily.

The intending bidder / firm / company shall furnish details of liquid assets availability or credit facilities of not less than 30% to the cost put to tender (i.e 4.60 lakhs) for meeting the required funds in the form of credit lines / letter of credit issued from any Nationalized Banks / Scheduled Bank, in the prescribed format as per FD circular Dt:22.08.2022, mentioned in the bid document, failing with which tender will be liable for rejection.
