Material and Labour only for cleaning of RCC UG Reservoir of capacity 1.0 LG by removing sludge , mud , sand etc any other foreign materials from the bottom, side wall and scraping ,brushing, internal surfaces drawn outside complete waste water from tank by mannually or portable diesel /Electric Pump set arrangment cleaning of bottom, all internal side walls, by using wiper or nylon brush and wash with bleaching powder solution until the clean surface is obtained or satisfaction of Engr in charge. Including applying one coat of super quality lime to internal surface of semi underground/above ground level sump incl writing date of cleaning , capacity with super enamelled white paint over surface of black enamelled paint for following capacity of sumps and also including applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint on steel surfaces of ladder, railing etc or on the aeration CI/GI pipe steel structure such as wash out, overflow pipe , inlet pipe, outlet pipe complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities. Note :- (i) No T&P will be provided by the Deptt.(ii) Contractor shall be fully responsible for safety of deployed person. (ii) Sludge /waste material shall be thrown away from pump house premises where directed by Engr incharge .

Material and Labour only for Surface/surrounding cleaning premises of OHT and Pump House Installation Area by removing the roots completely from the ground, shrubs , vegetation , grass cutting of bushes, trimming of tree branches, weds etc cleaning and removing the same to distance not exceeding 500 mtr away from the installation complete all as specified and directed by EIC.Note :- (i) No T&P will be provided by the Deptt.(ii) Contractor shall be fully responsible for safety of deployed person.

Material and Labour for Disconnecting all connected pipe line from existing PVC tanks, setting aside (or lowered if required) for periodical cleaning and removing all scale, sludge and dirt etc from service tanks of any type and from mouths of circulation pipes and wash with bleaching powder/Chlorine solution etc upto entire satisfaction of Engr incharge and refixing in original position & reconnecting all pipe lines and making leak proof including replacement of unserviceable GI/UPVCconnectors, union, coupler,nipples etc as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed of 10000 Ltrs Capacity

Supply and fixing in repair ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified for 20mm dia bore pipes

Supply and fixing in repair ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified for 25mm dia bore pipes

S&F in repair water level indicator for over head reservoir /UG sump by providing high quality MS steel rope of suitable dia and length as required on site with Copper float ball of size not less than 200mm dia and suitable counter weight arrangement incl MS clamps, MS pulley ,and MS Sheet of size 3mtrX0.45x1.6mm thick, with angle iron fabrication work of size not less than 40mmX40mmx5mm, incl necessary fabrication and welding, bending works etc. including writing and marking levels on MS Sheet indicator as per tank capacity and painting,incl necessary PCC and civil works complete all as directed on site also incl other accessories i.e nuts , bolts ,clamps for fixing Indicator on RCC tank Pillar etc and making functional complete to the satisfaction of EIC and complete all as directed at site.

Material and Labour for preparation of old Cast iron/ steel water tubing including all fittings and Sluice valves by removing all foreign material and applying two coats of synthetic Enamel paint (colour as directed by EIC) on rising main ,wash out suction,delivery of UG reservoir /pump houses /borewells, pipe lines of dia not more than 300mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for minor reparing / rectified and attending the complaint of PVC pipe line leakage and reparing of size 20 mm to 25mm dia by highly skilled trades man and making functional including all necessary PVC fittings (socket, union, elbow ,Tee,etc) and 01 mtr PVC pipe of above dia complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : - Excavation will be measured and paid separately under appropriate item.)

Material and Labour for minor reparing / rectified and attending the complaint of PVC pipe line leakage and reparing of size 40mm to 50mm dia by highly skilled trades man and making functional including all necessary PVC fittings (socket, union, elbow ,Tee,etc) and 01 mtr PVC pipe of above dia complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : - Excavation will be measured and paid separately under appropriate item.)

Material and Labour for minor reparing / rectified and attending the complaint of PVC pipe line leakage and reparing of size 80mm dia by highly skilled trades man and making functional including all necessary PVC fittings (socket, union, elbow ,Tee,etc) and 01 mtr PVC pipe of above dia complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : - Excavation will be measured and paid separately under appropriate item.)

Taking out Existing Electromagnetic type digital water flow meter of 150/200 mm dia from CI/DI pipe line by disconnecting all water supply connection and transporting to authorize workshop/Lab for detecting the fault and making complete functional by replacing defective parts and also doing necessary calliberation of meter to the Entire satisfaction of Engineer -in Charge and refixing in Original position and making all connection complete all as specified and directed at site.

Cleaning of complete Narmada Filtration Plant of 6.0 MLD capacity by removing green algae with wire scrapper and cleaning of PVC sheets incl washing it with caustic soda and complete white washing of floculation sump, and back washing the sump. Note : The tenderer shall inform the Accepting offr or Engr-in-Charge one day prior to cleaning of plant.
