IDENTIFICATION OF HT CABLE FAULT LOCATION AND REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF HT CABLE AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT NON TP AREA INS KALINGA VISAKHAPATNAM. (a) M&L for dectecting HT/LT UG cable faults located in any stretch /depth with sophisticated cable fault locator consisting of microprocessor based pre locator system HV Surge generator fault pin point surge wave receiver cable identification instrument cable tracer for exact locations of under groung cable routes complete al as specified and as directed by the Engg- in-charge Note : The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of rental charges for T&P like entire cable Fault locating Instrument, Charges for operator and transport etc.

Supply only HT terminal connector bushing boots of suitable length/ size suitable for existing distribution transformers of any make/ size/ type/capacity all as directed including dismantling & refixing of HT Cable.

Supply only cable end jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable heat shinkable Indoor type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 core 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm size cable complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply only Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm. Make : 3M/Denson/Raychem/Elechem Geeseal

Supply and lay test of 3 core 150 sqmm, 11000 volts grade, earthed XLPE cable insulated screen PVC bedded galvanisized steel strip or wire armourd electric power cable (heavy duty) with strandard aluminium conductor all as directed by Engrineering - In- Charge. Note:- Earth work excavation sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule

Excavation in trenches not exeeading 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out Hard/dense soil and dense soll for laying of under ground cable including taking out of cable , cable cover and making good to the distrubed surface all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Returning and filling in soils including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layars each not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 1 flat size 300mmx180mmx40mm complete all as specified specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Supply and spread clean dry river sand as cable cushioning for prtection of cable to be laid in treaches/transformer yard/two pole structure as per SSR part I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
