Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete.Fixed to steel windows by welding.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2mm at 100 mm centre to centre and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5mm size with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6mm with 40mm dia. steel pulleys & with riveted bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, hold fast /anchor bolt including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required and as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete for Ridges/Valley/Gutter/Flashing of width 600mm etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles (minimum 450 x 300) conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados, laid over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) jointed with ordinary cement slurry including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Precast chequered cement concrete tiles 18 mm thick, laid in footpath & courtyard, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) jointed with neat cement slurry including rubbing and cleaning etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In dark shade using ordinary cement

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer­in­charge. Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete : 300x16 mm

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100mm sand cast Iron P or S trap,10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : White Vitreous china Orrisa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm bevelled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement , trenching ,refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Concealed work including cutting chases and making good the walls etc. 25 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes.

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality :15 mm nominal bore

25mm thick PVC flush door shutters upto 737mm width of colour and shade as approved by Engineer-in-charge made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762mm X 25mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm ± 0.3 mm . PVC foam end cap of size 23 × 10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm . An MS tube having dimensions 19mm × 19 mm is insetred along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25×11 mm . Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturers' specification and drawing to take up necessary hardware and fixtures complete. Stickers indicating the locations of hardware will be pasted at appropriate places

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos. of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 19×19mm MS square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame . The door frame to be fixed to the wall usuing MS screws of 65/100 mm size complete as per manufacturers' specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
