Repairing of Basket and Product distributor of NHEC-1250 KG , NK 1100 and SS-1250 as per below details and attached tender document: Working Location: All repair and maintenance as mentioned below shall be performed at the vendor’s workshop. To & fro transportation of the Basket from Plant to vendor’s workshop will be arranged by HBL.
Dismantling & Machining: Job includes the followings: a) Dismantling of basket spider hub and shaft, pre machining of basket shaft and SS 304 ring fitting and final machining of discharge seat b) Discharge Cone: Machining, welding and final machining dynamic balancing of basket and discharge cone, DP & UT test.

Repairing & Assembling: Job includes repairing of basket SS 1250, repairing of basket shell damaged area and fitting of new ring-04 nos. SS 316 and complete basket trueness checking removal of ovelty basket shell spider hub and shaft dynamic balancing after repairing works, Ultra testing of basket shaft and DP testing of basket shell & spider hub and MPI testing after supporting liner fitting SS 304 14 SWG 4 mesh. All the works required for readiness of the Basket for the Crushing Operations to be carried at as per instruction of HBL’s Engineer.
