M & L complete removal of existing treatment & preparation of old decorated surfaces , and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern as approved by the GE, all as specified.

M & L complete removal of existing treatment & preparation of old decorated surfaces , and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern as approved by the GE, all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or PCC block walling including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @3% by wt of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces,, finished even and fair. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound

M&L for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern over a coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30 cm high complete all as specifiedand directed.

Preparation of old steel painted surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and appying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.
