OD421/2024-2025:Providing and constructing Autoclaved Aerated Block (A.A.C) Masonry works consisting of min 60% of fly ash content using 'Renabond' or equivalent block adhesive with a thickness of 3 to 5mm to be used as per manufacturer's instructions. (within 200 kms from project site) A.A.C BLOCKS of size 600x200x200mm. Minimum Compressive strength of 4 N/mm2 and conforming to IS:2185 ( Part - 3 ) for all types of masonry works, at all depths and heights including providing openings and projections, raking of joints, scaffolding and curing etc., complete as per specifications, drawings and direction of the Authority. The necessary RCC vertical Mullions/ columns and horizontal RCC tie & RCC lintels over opening are to be provided in specified location as per Engineering in-charge . (Only reinforcement steel to be paid separately as per Boq item:5) Pl Note : Gap between the topmost course and ceiling/ beam less than 100mm shall be filled with lean concrete made of 12.50mm downsize aggregate of strength comparable with the blocks. No separate measurement is to be given and this item is measurable in the blockwork item itself. Grade of Lean Concrete M10.

5.9.5:Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers

5.22A.6:Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

13.80:Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

21.1.1.2:Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminnium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately): For fixed portionPowder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

( Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness

OD422/2024-2025:Providing PVC ceiling with TKT board of 9mm or nearest thick,supreme quality sheets by dovetail locking system using 25mm x 25mm anodized aluminum square tubes (section no 14477, 800 gm/ 3.60m length) for frames ( Spacing not exceeding 45 cm c/c), 25 x 1.50 mm flat(section no 10116, 380 gm/ 3.60m length) for suspenders, 20x20 mm PVC ornamental Cornish for sides and suspending the ceiling to the required line and level including all cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete.

11.41.2:Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm.
