Annual Maintanance and Operation work of 33/11 KV Sub-station Ranikhet and Ghingarikhal under EDD Ranikhet

Maintenance and preventive maintenance of 33/11 KV S/s, 33 KV, 11KV, LT/HT line and DTR's as per JE instructions (10 Km 33KV, 115 Km 11KV, 322 Km LT line and 240 Nos. DTR) including timely release of NSC & distribution works as per JE Instructions and consumer complaints handling as per UERC supply code 2020 and replacement of 50 nos defective mechanical meters. 13 nos workforce to be deployed in day time 2 nos at Ranikhet and 01 Nos at Ghingharikhal S/s during night for work.

Operation work in shifts (4 shifts) for operation of 33/11 KV S/s (04 nos at Ghingarikhal S/s and 01 nos at Ranikhet S/s)

Meter reading and bill distribution work only in Majkhali feeder of consumers as per schedule monthly / bimonthly basis including SBM & accessories-cartage Roll etc 4 nos meter readers semi Skilled.

Supervison work of maintenance and meter reading works 2 for Ranikhet S/s (1 for day and 1 for night) and 1 nos for Ghingharikhal S/s.

Replacement of damaged/rotten or erection of midspan poles including cartage from S/s Ranikhet/ESC Almora and back cartage of scrap if any to JE store (NOTE- Amount per pole will be paid as per this rate but penality will be imposed twice the rate)

Replacement of IDF/Mechanical meter 50 per month.

R&R of damaged transformer 5% of 240 = 12. Excess damaged transformers will be replaced free of cost by the contractor.
