Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The power to cancel and accept the tender rests with the Executive Engineer, RDW&SD, Chitradurga

Its responsibilities of TPIA to arrange necessary equipmenst and technology for inspectionf of works

Regular reporting and documentation of progress should submit to Division and Sub Division office regularly

The bidder Should not be blacklisted or debarred by any government authority

TPIA contract period shall be initially for a period of one year. It will be extended year-on-year up to maximum period of 03 years from the initial contract date subject to satisfactory performance of the TPIA. If the performance of the TPIA is not satisfactory, then client reserves all the rights to cancel the contract/terminate at any point of time.

Original copies of all the above documents (updated in the kppp portal) shall be produced by the Bidder on demand.
