Dismantling of complete Ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep (i.e.,) down rod with its Canopies, Shackle, Condenser housing with its rubber bushes, split pins, unscrewing the body parts of Ceiling fan, taking out starter, rotor winding ball bearing, gun metal bush etc. complete to carry out the following repairs :- (a) Removing of burnt out fan winding and rewinding of starter with suitable size of Copper enamelled wire, varnishing heating as per manufactures design and directed. (b) Re-assembling complete Ceiling fan by fixing only serviceable of old/new spare parts (i.e.,) rubber bush of shackle and condenser housing, condenser, gun metal bushes, ball bearing, twin twisted Copper cable, down rod assembly with its shackle condenser housing and Canopies & split pins complete all as specified and design to give designed air delivery including greasing, oiling etc all as directed.

All as per Item No.39 above but exhaust fan of size up to 300 mm sweep.

All as per Item No.39 above but wall mounted fan of size 450 mm sweep. Note: for Item No. 39 to 41: (a) Supply only spare parts found unserviceable/defective will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. S & F in replacement pop-up sprinkler made up of PVC of rating Cap 0.25 LPS and size 15 mm dia for sprinking area of 10m dia with necessary fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed.Make: Hunter, Jain Irrigation, Rain bird or as approved by EIC.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint on garden lights height upto 1.0 mtr from GL including preparation of surfaces as per site condition complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of GI pipe bracket and clamp any size on bldg security lights applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces as per site condition complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the following existing worn out spares of Split type Air conditioners 1.5 Ton / 2.0 Ton capacity; supply and fix in repair new spares of make and model all as specified and as directed:-

M&L for replacement Universal PCB Timer electronic switch with sensor suitable for all makes of split 1.5 / 2 Ton AC complete with hand set including taking down unserviceable Electronic PCB from existing unit all as directed.

M&L for replacement ,Opening the indoor unit front panel of wall mounted split type 1.5/ 2 Ton AC for cleaning the existing LDPE pipe for any block by blowing the pipe with air and cleaning the bottom water line of indoor unit for arresting leakage of water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable Rotary type compressor of Split type AC 1.5 ton capacity and re-fixing with new Rotary type compressor sealed unit in position, charging of refrigerant gas R-22 of required quantity, bracing of discharge and suction line and leak testing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 53 above but for Split Type AC 2 Ton capacity,

M&L for Top up / Gas charging with refrigerant gas (R-22/R-32) for Air conditioner window type / split type of capacity 1.5 / 2 / 11 Ton after vacuuming & leak testing including bracing suction/discharge line and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement copper tubing suction and liquid line both from Indoor to out door unit suitable for Split A/C 1.5 TR / 2 TR including insulation on copper tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement condenser coil made up of copper for split AC 1.5 TR/2.0 TR complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing split type AC from one location and re-fixing the same in another location as directed, including replacement of copper wire require for connecting IDU & ODU, additional copper tube if required, cleaning the IDU and ODU for smooth functioning, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for servicing of Split AC 1.5 TR / 2.0 TR complete indoor/outdoor type units means of adding, cleaning solution (HCL) or equivalent solution with water. The cleaning of the condenser and chillier units is done with use of nylon brushers till the scaling is removed complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down electric water heaters (geysers) of capacity 25 Litres storage type, disconnecting of electric and water connections, taking out inner shell from outer cover, removing the thermostat switch, geyser element and geyser assembly, cleaning the inner shell (copper) with Mack solution including thermostat, geyser assembly and heating element, testing the inner tank for any leakage and rectification by soldering / brazing. Re - assembling the geyser and mounting on the grouted bolts and connecting with electric and water supply system and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Inner Shell, outer Cover, thermostat switch, geyser element and geyser assembly, bottom covers shall be measured and paid as supply only separately , if replaced as required).

Supply only inner ss shell for storage type water heater 25 Litres capacity to match the existing model of geysers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : As per sample and as approved )

Supply only, heating plate assembly apparatus plate with PVC rubber ring suitable for 25 litres capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : As per model of Geyser.)

Supply only, heating element push type, 1500 watt of suitable shape and size, conforming to ISI with rubber washers, with clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : Daspass / Micron / other ISI make as approved ).

Supply only, thermostat switch suitable for storage type geysers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : Bajaj, Spherehot, Racold / other ISI make as approved as AGE (I))

S & F in replacement, PVC connection pipe wire woven 15mm size with nickel plated brass adapter, both sides threaded, in standard length of 30cm to suit the size of geysers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Spray painting to geysers of 25 litres capacity with one coat of synthetic enamel white paint externally after preparation of surfaces including writing MES numbers with black paint in 25mm size letters, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement, solar plate made out of toughened glass of size 200cm x 103cm, thickness 6mm as per existing model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and opening up the defective Voltage Stabilizers of capacity 4.0 /5.0 KVA single phase 220 V relay type of different makes, rewinding the main transformers with super enameled copper wire best quality as per existing pattern with necessary insulating material complete, refixing, reconnecting and reassembling all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.
