REPAIR, MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT OF SECURITY LIGHTS, STREET LIGHTS, LT CABLE, LT CONDUCTORS AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT BHANADA PUMP HOUSE AND DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN NALIYA

Dismantling / taking down in repairs the street light / security lights of any capacity & description from existing LT pole/walls at any height and refixing the fittings in existing / another location after repair work (replacement of defective parts, checking for loose connections etc) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Replacement of defective parts / accessories shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Transport and T & P i.e. Ladder, safety items,lugs,insulation tape, GI screws, nut bolts etc. or any other equipment for repair of street light shall be provided by Contractor and cost for the same deemed to be including in respective items. (iii) Contractor shall submit job card for each repairs/maintenace under this item to concern JE (Printed Job card shall be provied by the contractor as per format given by Engineer-in-Charge). Charges for printing job card shall be inclusive in the item rate.

Supply and fix in repairs, LED driver 45/50W 1500mA suitable for LED light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, LED driver 75W/80W 2600mA suitable for LED light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, LED driver 100W,2600mA suitable for LED light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, LED driver 150/240W 3000mA suitable for 240 watt LED light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, LED bulb 12 watt of colour temp. 3000K (warm white) suitable for pole light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of steel dual arm street light poles of height upto 5 mtrs with one coat of oil based (balck shade) paint, durable and long lasting, resistant to UV radiation and chemicals, including necessary preparation of surfaces before painting complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for maintenance/repair of highmast light of height upto 16 mtr. after safely lowering down head frame lantern carriage accomodating flood lights. Greasing and adequate tightening of all movable parts of base section i.e motor chain, sprockets, shaft of 3 phase elect wintch motor, steel wire rope after removing all rust/stain over surface of equipments by stain remover. Checking all electrical connections of feeder pillar box and replacing defective flood lights, drivers, switchgears, lugs etc before lifting lantern carriage frame assembly in its initial position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Replacement of defective flood lights/drivers shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Transport and T & P i.e. Ladder, safety items, or any other equipment for repair of high mast light shall be provided by Contractor. (iii) Contractor will ensure that periodical check to be done for making good all defects by replacing lugs/nuts/bolts/PVC connection etc and keep the light fitting in working condition through out the period of contract and cost for the same to be including in job itself.

Supply and fix in replacement Contactor Triple Pole 18 Amps, 415 V ,9.0 kW cat part CE15D1 or equivalent for street light Auto Timers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB Triple Pole and Neutral 40/63 Amps, 415 V ,10KA B curve breaking capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB Single Pole 6 to 32 Amps, 240 V ,10KA B curve breaking capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, for laying of under ground electric cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out LT UG cables of any size, by excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing bricks or PCC cover of any size complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation, Joints & Jointing materials, new cable, additional bricks/PCC Covers, sand shall be measured & paid for separately under respectiv item of this schedule.

Relaying old serviceable underground LT cable of any size obtained from item number 14.00 above complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in repairs/replacement of LT cable XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable multi stranded aluminum conductors, 1100V grade, of size 04 Sqmm 2 core with proper size of lugs and laid in trenches / ducts / through GI pipe / fixed to poles etc complete all as specified and directed Note:- Excavation earthwork, cable covers, sand cushioning and GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

All as per serial item number 16.00 here-in-before but of size 16 Sqmm 4 core.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for river bed sand in trenches/ ducts 15 cm under cable and 8 cm above the cable for cushioning/protection to cable including spreading, leveling and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only serviceable un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type 1, flat, of 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm obtained from trenches, abetting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing LT cable jointing kit straight through type heat shrinkable suitable for cable PVC /XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade LT cable of size 3.5/4 core 16 to 50 sqmm and including taking out cable from faulty portion in any situation/position complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item number 23.00 here-in-before but size 3.5 core70 sqmm to 150 sqmm .

Supply and laying galvanised steel water tubing, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings IS marked and laid in trenches under roads in drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers, pipes of 40 mm bore ,fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item number 25.00 here-in-before but of size 50 mm.

Restretching/ tightening of ACSR conductor of any type and size by disconnecting from insulators from any location complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Proper shut down has to be taken from MES. (ii) T & P i.e. Ladder, safety items, or any other equipment for repair tightening of ACSR conductor shall be provided by Contractor and cost for the same deemed to be included in respective items

Supply and fix in repairs, pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut,100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and drected

Pipe light grade in shape and angle as directed not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in length fixed to pole with suitable size of M.S. clamps made of M.S flat of size 40 mm x 3 mm, 2 Nos, M.S nut & bolt with cup washers and dismantling old rusted/unserviceable bracket with its rusted clamps and nut bolts complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repairs, service wire 1100 volts grade PVC insulated PVC unsheathed cable multi stranded copper conductor of size 3 core 1.0 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, service wire 1100 volts grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable weather proof multi stranded with aluminum conductor of size 2 core 4.0 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs/replacement of auto /manual street light timer nature switch weather proof IP 54 protection enclosure made out of UV stabilized, FR grade special molding compound, rust proof, electric sock proof, vermin proof outdoor pole mountable with mounting bracket made out of GI and nut, bolts, washers including cable glands, openable door with 05 kW single phase load with Power contactors rating 25 Amps 01 nos as incoming and outgoing with MCB rating of 32 Amps/phase and circuit wiring of min 6 sqmm including taking down existing switch complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate of GI clamps, nut bolts inclusive in the item rate.

Supply and fix in repairs/replacement of auto /manual street light timer nature switch weather proof IP 54 protection enclosure made out of UV stabilized, FR grade special molding compound, rust proof, electric sock proof, vermin proof outdoor pole mountable with mounting bracket made out of GI and nut, bolts, washers including cable glands, openable door with 08 kW three phase load with Power contactors rating 25 Amps 3 nos as incoming and outgoing with MCB rating of 32 Amps/phase and circuit wiring of min 16 sqmm including taking down existing switch complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate of GI clamps, nut bolts inclusive in the item rate.

Supply and fix in repairs/replacement for kiosk box for luminaries, weather proof made out of PVC/HDPE /FRP housing fire retardant, non fusing, shock & rust proof, single piece molded and cover with hinged door, pole mounting type comprising of aluminum TPN bus bar of 60 Amps of minimum size 333 x 233 x 120 mm, fixed on pole with MS, clamps 30x5mm with necessary nuts, washer including 16 Amp MCB SP for out goining complete all as directed. Note :- Rate of TPN bus bar and MS clamp inclusive in item rate.

All as per serial item number 41.00 here-in-before but of size 450 x 375 x 200 mm.

Trimming of tree branches touching to over head lines, up to 1.5 mtr distance all around of ACSR conductors of span 30meter to 50 meter of HT/LT feeders and depositing cut branches away from site as directed and clearance of HT/LT pole and sub station premises complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Trimming of all branches of trees falling under one span between two pole shall be considered as one span only. (ii) Contractor have to arrange all T&P, safety equipments manpower and vehicle for trimming at different locations. Contractor or his rep has to ensure power shut down of overhead lines before carrying out trimming. Contractor shall be responsible for any lapses/ mishappening occurred due to negligence of safety aspects.

Material and labour for preparation and painting 04 nos band / strips with blue and white paint alternately all around the HT/LT/Street light pole with synthetic enamel paint at a distance of 30 cm and painting both side for numbering with black enamelled paint and writing LT/PL No on both side of pole with white enamelled paint of complete all as specified and directed .
