Visit the site and get acquainted with the facilities for running the business 3. Tender shall be opened in 2 parts – Technical Bid & Price Bid 4. Bidders shall be qualified for Technical Bid only on submission of required EMD amount. 5. EMD of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees Only) in the form of Demand Draft DD has to be submitted to following Address to reach before 25.08.2026 at 16:00 Hrs. EMD received after this Due Date shall not be accepted and shall be rejected in Technical Bid 6. Qualified Bidders under Technical Bid shall be eligible for Proce Bid 7. Minimum Guaranteed Amount payable to BPCL per month excluding taxes per month for 3 years has been mentioned in the Annexure – VI 8. Bidders are informed to quote the per month rate under each line item for 3 years duly verifying the Minimum Guaranteed Amount 9. Overall Highest Rental Offered to BPCL shall be selected as H1 Bidder for award of the contract. Total Minimum estimated rental for 3 years including GST for the tender is Rs. 11,71,740. It is to be noted that conditional tender will not be accepted, and the Corporation reserves the right to accept/reject the quote without assigning any reasons to the Contractor.
