Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces etc. including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc from walls and ceiling surfaces of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in two layers with 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) as 1st coat and 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as 2nd coat on brick or concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (1) WPC shall be measured and paid for separately. (2). The quoted rates of items deemed to be included the provision of scaffolding etc including all seafty arragements.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in ceiling, finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rates of items deemed to be including the provision of scaffolding etc including all seafty arragements.

Supply only Integral Water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required hade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over existing surfaces of wall (in approved camouflaged pattern as directed) incl removal of existing treatment with brooming down or steel wire brushing etc complete specified and directed.

M&L for preparation and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required hade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces of wall (in approved camouflaged pattern as directed) including removal of existing treatment with brooming down or steel wire brushing etc complete specified and directed.

M & L for cutting and widening existing cracks not exc 1 cm in girth to 'V' section in existing walls. Cleaning out, wetting including pressure grouting(using suitable pneumatic pressure grouting equipment) with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.
